    Hopefully, I can be slightly productive today, as I aim to have a great day. Positive thinking will get me through.  

    It's so hot in West London and very humid, I have melted just walking to the local shop and back.

    All have a great weekend wink x

      Its sunshinning here I havnt been able to go out as hurt my backsad from bending having colour washed off hair. Hope you have a chillaxing weekend Bee and plenty of vitamin d. take care hun big hug coming to you xx

      Ahh poor you....take care of yourself. I'm enjoying my chillaxed afternoon, just so humid thou.  Can't have it all I suppose in my favour. It just need to cool down abit. wink xx

      Morning Kaz, Weekends fly by so quickly.  Yes, it was a chillaxed weekend overall.  Met up with hubby's brother and his family from Wolverhampton, they have been spending a few days in Central London, so we took the tube down yesterday evening to Leicester Square and joined them for a meal. It was a plesant evening.

      its just been tooooo humid so glad its cooled down now though. we had a thunder storm sat night was so relieved when that went off. dont like thunder storms.wink xx

    Good one Kaz...it's Sunday morning 10am here another nice day, fresh outside coldish..I'm staying home again...hubby off to church...managed to sleep last night..asthma getting better albuet slowly... woot woot.the only trouble is I'm like a possum caught in head lights..,sooo jumping out of my skin...typical reaction fom cortizine...want to do soooo many things..,must rest though...grr .hope your having a nice day today..read you hurt your back..poor you, hope it gets better soon..have a really lively day..be blessed Kaz:-) xxx

      Hi christine its 11.58 am here nearly lunch time. Hubby just had to wheel me to the bathroom, Im in agony every time I move. Im laying flat on my back Im ok in that position its when I move Im in agony. we had a really bad thunder storm last night, it helped to clear the air as it was so humid.. Pleased to hear you managed to sleep thats good. I slept on off.Hope you are soon loads better with your asthma. I have to use a machine at times with my asthma. I know how you feel about wanting to do with things. I wanted to go out for lunch today and go out yesterday, but no chance of me doing anything till back sorts itself out.keep warm rest plenty thinking of you gentle hug kaz xxxx

      Poor you Kaz....really hope you get some relief soon..maybe lunch out ,can come to you..lol...often my husband just went out and bought food precooked.. so we could have a picnic at home..lol..not the same of course.....but it's ok..especially when you want to go out to lunch..my asthma has just broken...should be ok in a week...be blessed Kaz...very gentle hugs from over the seas...have a good day..:-) xxx

      Hi Christine hubby did me a beautiful lamb roast dinner yesterday, he does beautiful roast dinners.he looked after me well dinner and tea brought up on a tray plenty of cups of tea. Hope your asthma is better for you soon hope you have a lovely day christine big hug from me to you xxsmile

      Even thou you were looking forward in going out for your Sunday Roast, Dave made it for you at home. Your are one lucky lady.  How is the pain today in your back? Hope you are slightly more mobile today. 

      It's raining here in West London today but hopefully it will cool the air down.

      Morning Bee still in alot of pain with back been awake all night. Fibro decided to play up also just for good measurerolleyes hubbys roast dinner was lovely I love his roast dinner so tasty.. Hes brought me my sandwiches on a tray for lunch Ive got everything to hand I need.so far its fine in telford it rained yesterday. hope you have a good day and week take care gentle hugs xx

      Soooo agree with you there Kaz..if mine wasn't here, I know  I wouldn't be..and it's not just that he does every single thing in and around the house...he does many many special  treat things for me too that he doesn't have to.a real gem...I really have no words that could give justice to him trying to describe all his attributes...what he really means to me.... yes.....here it is...indescribable ....wrapped in unconditional love...aww?..:-) xxx
