    Hi Tina,

have'nt spoken to you for a time.

My  husband had a stroke last Saturday week and it has been a terrible time for my anxiety and fibromyalgia, having to visit him every day, because my Son lives at melton mowbray, and it's a 100 mile trip every day and this week he can only come

a couple of days, so having to make it on my own.

The new Queen Elizabeth in Birmingham is Hugh and the corridors are miles long, absolutely exhausted.

He is a little better this week.

    Hope you are well

    Pat

Diid you get that Tens machine, if so was it any good?

sorry to hear about your husband hope he will be on the mend soon yes it does sound exhusting try and rest as much as you can or otherwise you could proberly end up in the bed next to him

mind it would save the long trip and you could have a nice rest ,hahha

What Magnesiun and gold supplements do you get and what is a cyclone massage pad?
    • Posted

i buy colloidal gold / from ebay it sometimes under nano gold .

magnesium flakes. the cyclone mat is just what i said it was a massaging pad but it dosent hurt like otheres do because its more of a massage feeling rather then punaling feel .

it was from a disability company its very good for stiffness but its very expensive . hope that helps.

Where did you get your cyclone massage pad from and if you don't mind me asking how much was it?

i have looked on line for it and cannot see it anywhere.

it was wait for it £1000 pounds , but the mat has been on salefor yrs with a fewchanges over the yrs . i know of someone who brought one in 1970s for husband to ease his back after working on the farm all day.

she thought it had packed up just recently but it just turned out to be a fused plug . i cant lay my hands on on details at the mo but if the price hasnt put u of i will see if i can get my hands on them later.

yes it is pricey  ,  it does help if you wake up stiff.but its a medical thing that is in use in a lot of hosptals  used for people who have problems with movement thru injury  or illness . if you think thats bad  ,the massage chair is £5000 .

i use b12, q10 for energy, nano colloidal gold this is amazing for lifting mood and reliving tiredness and genral health.

and magnesium spray for the limbs helps with restless legs cramps and also lifts your mood and libido .

b12 and q10 any health shop.

best value magneisum oil. i would use that with nano gold .they both work on pain mood and sleep  dont over taxt your body starting with to much stuff , iv been taking q10 and b12 for ages so i just keep taking them ,

i know that  mag and the gold work for me , back in may before i started back on them .my inlaws came up and satyed in a hotel , for 5 days , i went out for one night just talking and socialising ,i was wiped out for the next 3 days , and i was so looking forward to going for lunch and gift shopping over the next few days but i just couldnt .

iv been back on both gold and mag for about 6weeks iv been out 3 times in a row this week, all right i am still tired and a bit sore , but i done it and i am not chair bound .so as far as i am concerned its worth every penny .

but u must decide for your self. mag oil can be a bit stingy when applied to the skin it dosent bother me and it dosent last long

, but if does you aply it to damp skin .

Thanks again for all your info,

My husband had stroke 1 1/2 weeks ago, so having to go to the hospital every day, it is absolutely wiping me out, but there is  only my Son and myself to visit, and he lives at Melton Mowbray the hospital is a nightmare, a new one, hugh, and  the corridors are miles long, Pain and anxiety high, living on my own is horrible and do not know how long it is going to take he is 82 years, and I am 78 My GP is useless all he can offer is co-codamol and Prozac, which he is unsure whether it will work, all the others have'nt,

      it's a b----dy nightmare.

They say that horrible hot weather is coming back this month, I hope not, had enough of that.

me to had a terriable time with it , it has been quite warm here this week

but iv managed to get out for 3 days in a row so thats good , yes that is one heck of a treck you have to do , it would be a lot for me to cope with ,but for a lady of  your  yrs it must be terriable . i only wish that i had a magic wand for everyone on here to make them well.

the condition is bad enough but the lack of support and understanding from the medical proffesion and other people is also very stressful .

try and find something to smile about every day even if its just a bird pecking for a worm it does help .  regards and blessings tina .in yorkshire.

Sorry to bother you again but what dosage of b12 do you tske

    • Posted

thats what i thought i wasnt sure .

b12 just follow instruction on bottle as it all depends on the brand and strenght that you by.
