First day of orlistat

That's fantastic 3kg is about 6.5lb. I know I haven't even lost half of that amount!!! Well done.

Well done. Just thought beware of wind. Always get to a loo before passing wind as twice I've been caught out like this and I have had a small accident. Also I find I don't get as much notice about needing the toilet and will often go twice within half an hour.

Jo I have just had a very close shave in tesco lol managed to get to the loo, wasnt uncontrollable just an urgent need to go. I got weighed by my health trainer and I have lost 3kg since monday, so pretty chuffed with that!

Omg well done yummy! Well I need to do the same as you guys as I know mine will only be a couple of lb at the most!!! I haven't had any wind or close shaves but I'm only having 7-9g of fat per meal.

I didnt think I had had alot of fat, I have been really good, Im wondering if still getting used to tabs?

Could be, I had a head ache 1st day and that's all.

I haven't been bad once, not even tempted as dont want an accident.

I will find out later what I weigh, never be that amount tho!

Well first week done, lost 1.9kg. Very pleased, no headaches or side effects at all.

Hi every one iv been on oristat for 2 months had my 2nd weigh in yesterday and i have lost 7lb this month, i

lost 5lb the first month im so please with myself as i have put a lot of weight on in the last few years and

tried slimming clubs in the past with no weight loss, my gp did a thyroid test which came back positive.

just want to say to all, that these blue pills do work with hard work if you are positive in mind i cant wait to get into a size 12 jeans again iv got a long way to go yet .......but watch this space
