Hi it's my first day of orlistat and I am suffering a terrible headache, is this a possible side effect?
I am really looking forward to seeing how I get on with my weight loss
If anyone one has any snack or meal ideas I would really appreciate it and I would love to hear everyone's stories xxxxxx

I start Orlistat today
I feel this is a last resort for me. I have 10+ stone to lose. I have tried every diet under
the sun and I always manage to lose a few stone, but then something snaps and it piles back on.
Reading every ones comments on here, has made me feel a lot more positive about the whole thing and i'm ready to give this my all

I don't think it's easy using the blue pills as you still have to work hard at it! I was hoping it eould drop off without trying! I think they help you make the right choices about food. Good luck and hope you do well. X

love your comments, my GP will said i have to prove to him that i'm serious about losing weight and have a weigh in in two weeks. he wants to see 3 kilos off before he prescribes these tablets to me. I have been 6 stone overweight for the last 10 years and hope to god this will help me control them chocolate and unhealthy snacks i eat.
You all are an inspiration to me and am so proud of all of you

I'm sure it will stop you wanting it that's for sure! I can't believe how much will power I've got and the same as you over weight for years with many failed diets behind me!!
