First day of orlistat

Hi it's my first day of orlistat and I am suffering a terrible headache, is this a possible side effect?

I am really looking forward to seeing how I get on with my weight loss

If anyone one has any snack or meal ideas I would really appreciate it and I would love to hear everyone's stories xxxxxx

    Hi, my doctor told me bugger all! I use my fitness app for fat and calories.

    Don't go over 5g of fat per 100g and not over 15g in total.

    I go to rosemary conely classes as her diet is based on 5% fat or less.

    Hi rocky, I use a cross trainer few times a week and yesterday got a vibration plate so I plan to shake the flab off lol. Don't think everyone is exercising tho.

    I'm going to up my excercise this week and see if I can lose more than 1lb a week. I'm definitely losing it slower than most of you but I'm still blaming my underactive thyroid for that x

    Hi, hey my loss was 2 1/2 this week but I've not only done less than 5g of fat I have had 1200 calories or less and exercised as mine comes off slow too. But as long as its in the right direction we will get there in the end.

    How much would u like to loose in total? I would like to loose about 5 stone 😳seems a big mountain to climb!!

    i swim once maybe twice a week not really much but its me time, i no i should do more but dont have the

    time as i work shifts,

    im not following a plan but keeping it low fat weight watchers foods mostly

    i have at least 4 stone to go as already lost a stone.

    Hi Donna, well done on your great loss already! I know it's hard fitting everything in with work kids ect .. But your doing fab. I don't like the WW range they are a bit cardboard for me lol, but hey if it's working.

    Morning girlies!!!

    The last 2 mornings I've woke with a right thumping head, I up'd my water yesterday thinking that's what it was and my heads bad again this morningsad any ideas?

    I only took 2 tablets yesterday too.

    Also we are going out for dinner today!!! HELP!

    What can I eat??? Hope you're all having a lovely weekend? X

    I dread when I have to go out for dinner!!! I tend to go for a pasta dish with a tomato based sauce and I've been fine. Just avoid anything deep fried or creamy. Xx
