Flat "bumbs" on glans penis when erect.

So I'm wondering this, I've noticed that I have these "flat bumbs" on my glans penis while erect. I have these for quite some time now. When not erect, these are not visible at all, or just slightly. So are they normal? Or does the glans penis has to be perfectly smooth while erect without any slightly "thicker" parts? Thanks in advance.

dont use any scented products on your skin. the glans change greatly from flaccid to its tumecent stages. my best answer would be that you either have a clump of erectile tissues or vascular tissue underneath that causes this appearance only in its erect state. try gripping the penis simular to what a "c**k ring" would do while erect and see if the affected area changes in any way.
other than that it doesnt seem to be doing any harm, just keep an eye on it and see if it has any changes over time

Will do! These things are also visible around my urethra when fully erect. It does look scary though. I consider going to my doctor. I have some pictures where it looks more obvious. I said it was barely visible when not erect. But now I look again it is visible but not that much. Can it go away?

Your bumps are benign, not a big concern. Getting circumcised for that issue won't help you. Most circumcised men have small harmless bumps on their glans, they are barely noticeable and don't cause any problem. What you have is not a big problem. May be because your foreskin doesn't cover your glans.
It's not due to friction or infection.
I work in the area of dermatology/infectology.
You better see a dermatovenerologist if you have doubts.

Hi thank you for your answer. My foreskin does cover my glans when erect. In full erect there is more visible than in the picture which is almost full erect. Don't know how else to put it. Can it go away?
