Great story Sharon really cheered me up.

My anxiety is currently through the roof on day 2 of 20mg Fluoextine but guess that's normal. Can't sleep, barely working and wondering what the hell has happened. I'm not particularly religious but feel like praying!

      hi David

what time do you take your fluoxetine? i usually take mine at around 10pm and within an hour i am sound asleep, this is great for me because like you have suffered from insomnia for some time now, these tablets do take a while to really kick in youn definately feel much worse before you feel better,, good luck xx

Thanks I will try it at night and see.

Your advice is so appreciated no one understands unless they have been through it. It's the worst feeling and misunderstood by so many people. I am lucky to have good friends who understand and support me.

      Thanks xx

      Hello David,

I have just started on Fluoxetine after trying so many other ad's - I also take Zopiclone - just wondered how long you had been on the dreaded Zopiclone - I have been taking it every day (7.5mg) for over 10 years - also do they work together well - I know you posted a long time ago and I hope that you are much better and have some good news to offer.
