Hello there I am 54 and have been diagnosed with an enlarged prostate. Every time I urinate It looks like someone cracked open a beer bottle and dumped it in a glass. There is always alot of foam. If anyone has experienced this as well would be great to hear from you. I have been tested for protien in the urine and it comes back negative.

You may be right on that one. I find that when i ejaculate there isnt much sperm as compared to when I was younger, also it doesnt shoot out with force. Sometimes the first squirt has a little punch but the rest is weak squirts. The erection seems ok its just the orgasm that seems mest up.

I have the same issue for three months now. Had an urinalysis done at Urologist's and all is normal. I do my own dipstick test at home now every two weeks and all is normal. Still no one knows why foam all the time? It looks abnormal but what can you do? Drink more water no difference.
