Every out there who are suffering from incontinence, remember you aren't alone I too suffer, I had 88 bags of depends and only have 11 soon to lessened if I continue to leak poop and pee into them. If any one has found a cure instead of pelvic floor exercises please contact me, or of you have any questions for me

It seems to me that maybe my incontinence is a little more severe? I\m not sure, but from going to the bathroom 3 times a day during 8 hrs I am now going about 24 times in 8 hrs. this has changed my life completely...I cant even go to the grocery store or my local CVS and back home. It interrupts my life so much I have not even been going to work. I wish that someone would find the CAUSE as I said this started overnight. I have tried the always & depends underwear but my lady parts are so raw from all the wiping and the diapers just irritate things even more. I wish there were like a soft gel type thing available?? I mean do you ladies have this much frequency? Did it develop very quickly or over an extended period of time?
