Fore skin redness and shiny penis glans

Posted , 31 users are following.

For the past one month, I am having red foreskin and red spots on glans.

There is a white discharge under the foreskin even if I don't clean it for a single day. After washing the glans become shiny n develop wrinkles later. What it possibly be ?

I had sex around 1.5 months back. The symptoms developed after 15 days from the sexual activity. I used condom though. I don't have any issue while urinating but after urination it burns for 5-10 minutes at the tip of penis. I am uncircumcised and 25 year old. I consulted a urologist and applying onabet ointment for past 20 days and taking doxy tablets but the condition is not improving. The urologist diagnosed blantopithis. But I am having no improvement.

Please suggest something.

    hello there,

is this tread still opened? i have been suffering of what i'm pretty sure it is balanitis. It started after i have oral sex without condom. for the first 3 months right after sex i had pain in all the moucus membranes of the mouth, penis and anus, i tested for all the possible std including mycoplasma and euresplasma and all is clear.

after this initial period of of having all moucus membrane + pain in the mouth penis with papules and anus i got better, pain has gone and i only have an irritation on my foreskin which does not go away.

i suspected having lichen planus but recently the dictors told me i might have yest infection. so i'm wondering if a yest infection can be sexually aquired and can it guve thise symptoms? its almost a year that im trying understand. can anyone help? thanks

    hi suki, image

I had protected sex with sex worker but unprotected oral sex. The next day I had red spots and patches on my penis head and shaft. Immediately I rushed to the hospital and got diagnosed as Candida Balanitis. however I got tested for HIV and Syphilis after 3 months from my first exposure. Luckily the results were negative. I had no other symptoms at all. Now it's been 6 months, I have still got red patches and tiny white spots. It gets more brighter and the penis head gets full red when there is erection and also after masturbation. It's been 15 days now, that I get slight burning sensation on my penis, thighs, toes and anus. Not always there, it comes and goes frequently. Really worried. Doctor tested my urine and Everything is normal. Doctor says it is because of stress or anxiety. Tried all kinds of ointment for penis. Still the redness and White spots are there. Please help me. I am freaking out day by day.

Hey I have a very similar case as your pictures. Doctors Say I have nothing but my penis is painul and in erection y have like bumpy red spots under the skin of my glans. If I clean it it becomes shiny and wrinkly. In addition my glans corona is very inflammated, almost purple and painful. I don't know what to do. Antibiotic did not make situation improve.

    How did you solve it?

    Best regards

In glad to have found this post. Ive been having a dull on/off burning pain on my glands for the last several months and when i have an erection, the glands are very shiny and look like the skin is peeling in some spots. When not erect its kind of shiny under the right light but not as obvious.

Ive been to about 6 doctors with no luck but i havent really thought about the shiny part may be related .

This seems like maybe related? Is this what you all have experienced?
