Foreskin adhered to Glans on one side (24 years old)

Hi everyone, I have been keeping this a secret even from my parents. I am 24 years old but my a section of my foreskin is still attached to the glans. When I was young, nobody told me that I am supposed to stretch my foreskin back regularly. Hence I suspect that that was the reason the foreskin did not separate fully from the glans.

-There was a time where i pulled too hard and the adhesion turned reddish.

-Below that adhesion the foreskin is already detached from the glans since i am able to pass water or stick a small object under the skin.

-Given my age, would I still be able to separate the adhesion naturally by pulling it apart everyday? Appreciate the help!

    Dear travis,

The steroid cream will help, but I guess you're probably more worried about the pain.

See if you can buy lidocaine (lignocaine) gel over the counter from your local drugstore or pharmacist. Smear the gel on and around the adherent area. Wait 10-15 minutes, then gently pull the adhesion apart. Some bleeding is inevitable, but with firm pressure applied over the area, this will stop. You can then smear the steroid cream to keep the separated areas apart.

If you go to a sexual health clinic (in UK), they might be able to provide you with the gel for free...

Hi I am 15 years old and my penis has this same exact problem, It looks exactly like the first picture and when im soft, its easier to pull back and i can do it exposing my full glans but I am scared to leave it there because of the risk of paraphimosis. While I'm erect, it is harder to pull it back and it sort of ring like in the first picture so idk if its my adhere ir paraphimosis. Basically, while I'm soft, I can pull my foreskin all the way down but I'm to scared to do it while erect. These are three questions I have

    1. What stretches can I do to solve this? I dont think I need to do phimosis stretches because my foreskin only feels tight when it gets to the adhered part, so which stretches can I do specifically for the adhered part?

    2. Should I wait till after puberty (around age 18) to worry? Idk if I should because I've read online that I should but idk if I should wait or not.

    3. When I pull back my foreskin, It looks exactly like the first picture so is that considered paraphimosis or my adhere?

Any help would be very much appreciated!
