found a natural wonder cure for VA

As a natural alternative to VA try Fenugreek seeds. you can also get powdered seeds or leaves, but the seeds work best for me (1 large tbs soaked in boiling water overnight x 1 pint.Take half in the morning and half at bedtime. literally I was back to normal after less than 24 hours. its known as a natural HRT and eases most femal discomforts. I am so relieved by this MIRACLE that I had to share it with anyone looking for a natural alternative to HRT. I would love to hear from anyone who has tried this and has had the same positive reaction as I have had. Its been three months and the only discomfort I have experienced is having a slight vaginal discomfort a few times over the months, which I clear up with sudocream..

basically it alleviates all the discomfort associated with V.A. i sometimes use it as a vaginal soak if i sense a slight itch, which is rare.

evelyn, did it affect your intestines at all? I ask because it's recommended for constipation as well. That could be disastrous for me, so I'm a bit leary of trying it. Already have digestive issues.

Beverly, possably your bowels may become a tiny bit looser in the beginning, but your body adjusts it. Why dont you make it a bit weaker to start with and see how you go. If you dont notice any intestinal problems after a few days, then make it a bit stronger. Usually a large tbs is sufficent for 2 glasses. My 88 year old mother in law takes the same dosage as I do with no adverse effects so I wouldn't worry too much. If you find it doesent suit you  then stop taking it,although its very unlikely to harm you at all providing you are not taking certain meds you think may interfere with it.I have suffered all my life with intestinal problems and I haven't experienced any problems after taking it  twice a day for the past three months. I also take the powder sprinkled on most of my food for its amazing nutritional properties. Give it a chancecheesygrin

I did consider trying a weaker concotion. May do so yet, but I'm the type that can't leave home without knowing where all the bathrooms are along the route. And it got much worse (like most things) with menopause. I know there are certain foods that can make it worse (sometimes) yet they won't another time. Very unpredictable and nearly uncontollable. I get most concerned that I'm not getting enough nutrients from what I eat because it doesn't get properly digested. Typically I use psyllium to bulk up the stool.

When I had to have a colonoscopy I literally spent the entire night sitting on the loo as a reaction to the prep; swore I would never put myself through it again and haven't.
