Found the cure to BV !!!!!!!!

Posted , 52 users are following.

I had BV for maybe 1 month and I did a lot of research. I have done everything ! One thing I would never do is douche. That's horrible. But anyways I found the cure it's so simply !

1 glass of warm water and squeeze half a lemon inside.

Drink 3 glasses a day!

Then thought out the day drink at least 5 glasses of water to stay hydrated and to flush out the bad bactira.

Lemon ph is 2 very acidic

So it kills the bad Bactria so that good ones can grow.

Make sure u don't eat anything that has sugar bcuz that's can make the bad Bactria grow more.

Stay off sweets, no junk food. Only healthy whole Wheats.

Try to only drink water!

Hi! Your comments have been very helpful. I've suffered for years and recently finished another round of metro pills. The infection seems to have cleared (like it always does) but from experience I'm expecting it to return any minute now! Per your advice, I'm going to buy new underwear, start drinking the 1-2 glasses of lemon water per day, increase my water intake in general, and try to limit my sweets (super hard for me). I already take a prenatal which has vitamins + 400mg folic acid and 1000 mg Vitamin C w/ rose hips each day so will continue this. Questions for you:

Do you also take a probiotic daily?

Do you use tampons during your period or strictly pads?

Do you use anything in particular to wash your underwear?

    Thank you so much!

Yes I heard a lot of people that say it does come back after antibiotics and metro gel. But I promise you this will make it go away for good. I been bv free for almost 1 month. I do not wear tampons that greats Bv , and I wash my underwears with regular detergent. I do not take probiotics.

I only take vitamin C and fish oil and a lot of water ! I drink like 6-8 bottles a day!

Thank you! I'm going to hope for the best and let you know what happens! One more question if not too personal... how do you handle sex? I have an IUD so typically don't use protection. Although in the past when I've been single, I made it a point to use condoms and still had BV. Is your BV gone even after sex?

I have an IUD too and I have sex with my bf without protection and it have not come back.

I think the best thing is not getting rid of them smell... but get rid of the bv .. Drink warm water with lemon . A lot of water all day

Does it only work if you don't eat any sugar? I've been doing the lemon water every day and it isn't working for me.

Warm water with lemon. Are u drinking 8 glasses of water a day? Are u having a clean diet ?

Also try taking vitamin C 1000mg

      folic acid 400mg

      And fish oil.

You need to work on your immune system. Cut out the sugary food and greasy food for a couple weeks until u get rid of bv.

      Buy new underwears 100% cotton.

ok I'll try that, I already wear cotton underwear though, but I will get some new pairs and folic acid and fish oil.. the infection is basically ruining all my old underwear anyways sad

Try not wearing any for a little bit. Drink a lot a lot a lot of water. Don't drink No soda , alcohol, or juices. Only water with lemon and only water. That will flush out all your toxins .

Drink your vitamins every morning to boost up your immune system to fight off that bad bactira.

Do not stick anything in your private area.

Drink tons of water. 8 glasses a day

Lemon water won't cure BV. Folic acid will though and since she mentioned she takes it in the morning that's what does it. I've had a constant mild case for 4 months just odor and watery discharge sometimes, no insurance and had to read and read. I tried tea tree to no avail but I found a thread on folic acid. I bought a bottle and upped my intake to 1200mgs a day in the tabs that dissolve under your tongue. Lots of posts say to pair it with a probiotic so I got some and took two pills with it also. I already drink kombucha and eat sourkraut which is loaded with live cultures and good bacteria but thought it wouldn't hurt. I'm not joking, 24 hours later, TMI but when you stick your finger up there to see if the smell is gone, my jaw legit dropped to the floor. Gone. Like 90% gone. A day later it was totally wiped out. It was weighing on me so heavy I didn't want to celebrate too soon but it's been a week and I'm free and clear. A $6 bottle of folic acid tabs cured me. I'm continuing to take one tab daily to maintain and it's just like taking any other vitamin. Its f#%king incredible. This massive weight has been lifted I swear anyone suffering HAS TO TRY IT!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi, so my main problem is discharge and mild odor. I don't have bad itching. I have a few questions based off your post - where did you get the folic acid (is there a specific type?), and how do you get the 1200 tabs that dissolve under your tongue?

Also, where can I get a good probiotic and what pills did you take with it?

Please let me know. I want this problem to be gone already!! My gyno is telling me only specialists can handle BV and they cost $2000 out of pocket!!! Crazy!!

Do you eat fruits in your diet? I have apples, banana and avocado daily, I know there are natural sugar but do you think that would bring it back?
