Frequent Urination feeling since end of october - constant feeling in penis head

(21, male) Hi everyone,
One day at the end of Oct, i had an urge to pee randomly almost every hour out of the blue. The next day when i woke up, this started.
Essentially, I have had a constant feeling/sensation in the penis head that has not gone away since end of Oct. No pain at all and the sensation has gone up and down since October. My symptoms are as follows:
I sleep through the night, do NOT have to wake up to pee. However, when I wake up in morn i do not have this sensation feeling in the penis head but I still have to go. After a morning pee, this is when the sensation begins and continues on/off all day, I'd say i pee a normal amount (4-5 a day depending). The feeling is not like it used to be, its like a constant sensation that the penis could always push out pee if I wanted to. it is super annoying and depressing. Also, after pooping sometimes the urge gets really bad, masturbation too.
Been to family doc twice and urgent care, all urine tests came back clear and doc has me on Saw Palmetto until my Urologist appt in a few weeks which will most likely be virutal.
This is super hard to explain, but wondering if anyone can relate and has tips or over the counter stuff that has helped, as it has negitively affected my life.Thanks!

hey fox, kinda weird but ive tried to move past it. had an appt with urologist everyone said im fine and its mental, so not sure

sounds like a stubborn uti . would suggest you take antibiotics through IV. try cefuroxime . or other good antibiotics
try making herbal tea out of garlic,ginger lemon grass, (add other herbs with good antimicrobial properties) drink three times daily.

just want to say that i was diagnosed with vericocele after 3months of trying different antibiotics. initial symptoms were Urge to pee and sensations in base of penis . took more than a month for urge to pee to go away. now i have dull pain left side of penis more in the testis, sometimes urge to pee if sitting for long periods. but this urge is no as severe as when i first noticed it. just have to find the right treatment and pray it works

Before being diagnosed, could you masturbate normally? Could you hold strong erections or were they weak? Could you ejaculate properly or just a bit? What test ended up diagnosing you?

an urologists diagnosed me from physical examination. a radiologist confirmed the diagnosis through a scrotal scan.

I am glad you finally got diagnosed and hope you get a good treatment. I have had a similar problem for 3 weeks that I posted, but it didn't start when I was masturbating rather it just happened after I came home late and just started to have a bigger urge to pee and almost constant even though I already peed normally that day.
TL:DR: sorry for the long text, just wanted to tell you I know how frustrating it can be.
At first I felt a constant tingling, almost burn like but it wasn't like a real burning feeling. made me feel really uncomfortable most of the times, then a week later I went to the urologist after taking Pyridium and Spasmourolong on my own, he didn't even check me physically! Already diagnosed me with a non infectious cystitis and gave me a bunch of anti inflammatories for a week. During that time I felt lot of low back pain and sometimes pressure in my bladder and now I am on Solifenacin Succinate 5 mg for a month.
So far, it has gotten better in the sense that at times I dont feel that strong sensation or as uncomfortable as before, but I still have the urge to go every 30 min to 1 hour. I think it could be my pelvic floor or Overactive bladder, but I won't know until the treatment works or when the treatment is over. I will hope the best because I need it, I overthink a lot hehe.
