From bad to worse...

Well I thought borax was helping. The last time I used it was a week ago, it was followed by major flare, swelling. Started up clob at full speed again (2x/day)...Then tried the aloe along with it. Some relief and hope. But yesterday and today the fusing has become more and more (I didn’t know it could fuse even MORE than it already has!!!).

Awaiting turmeric essential oil - will arrive Tuesday if I’m lucky. I am very low income so can’t try all the things I’d like to...

So today I cried and sobbed while soaking and showering... I have must-do errands to run and laundry to do. So I’ll carry on...

But I also wanted to mention just in case —- I’ll post separate. Withdrawal from Cymbalta (duloxetine) is something that can mess up hormones and increase chances of autoimmune issues. Wee, I’m there!! A person can only take so much and I’m at the end of my rope.

Thanks for listening and being there.

Hi Pat, I hope you are feeling better today..try not to cry over the fusing...I know its awful but its part and parcel of LS, most of us have been there.  I have hardly any labia minora left, but when I open the curtains in the morning the sun is still shining...and I remain positive and you must try to too.  It sounds like coming off the Valium hasnt helped which must be terrible on top of everything else.

Keep us posted on how you are doing.

I hear you and so sorry that you are having such a tough time. Just keep experimenting, something is bound to work. When all else fails, maybe some cool ice paks to relieve the discomfort.
