trying to stir things up here. come on people help out the chat whats the best way out of this

we are in the same very painful boat here long term

any medical procedure thats helped please share

we all need this

    thanks for that yes. after the hydrodistension it was instant.

    they said dont do this dont do that. i could have danced out of the hospital

    even to reach the dash to place the sat nav was effortless

    and till this day its all great

    all bar the other shoulder. they are going to record it i will post the scan

    its a instant magic non evasive option which i cannot praise enough .

    glad you agree and was a success for you as well

    I had surgery to brake loose my frozen shoulder. And also had a torn rotator cuff he clean it up but did not fix the tair and said it looked good had foot surgery dec 11 I am in a wheelchair. But I still have pull myself up. after the shoulder surgery and therapy it felt good but after this surgery both shoulders both shoulders are almost back to before my shoulder surgery it hurts very pain full. I don't know what I am going to do😥
