FSH Level Help

Had a blood test for menopause. My (UK) FSH level came back at 58.9. Is this indicative of peri-menopause, it is a high level, I have no idea what this means. Please could someone kindly explain the readings to me ?

    i m totally confused by peri menopause or full, im the former but terrible sumptoms, each month heavy bleed, palpitations, hot flashes, terrible mood swings and anger and other things, GP useless as NHS as you could spend th ewhole of your life back and forward to GP for single tests for this and that as they wont ever do it seems full medicals, a worry and waste of time so im gonna go private and try and get some proper answers
