fullness in ears

when you get the fullness feeling and the ringing in your ears is there any exercise or something that you that lessens the effects? I'm pretty sure I'm getting into stage 2 of Menieres. I haven't had a vertigo attack since last year after three steroid injections. But my ear has been full and ringing for about two weeks now. Also does anyone experience changes, when the seasons change? Typically I feel better in the cold weather months then the warm weather months?

    Also last night I had a full on Vertigo attack. Room spinning, tried taking Diazepam twice but through it back up. Had to go to the hospital to IV because of fluids. I also have type-2 diabetes so with throwing up and the loss of fluid from sweating, I'm not sure what other options I have besides going to the hospital.

      Might be gross but get an anti nausea suppository, might not be fun but would be a safe way to take them
