Fusing might be releasing!!!

Ladies!!! I was doing my twice daily treatment - baking soda water then borax solution then moisturize and while I was doing the borax I noticed a little stinging & kind of sore spot - then felt around as I applied v-magic moisturizer with an ever so tiny bit of dermovate cream - and I **think** there has been slight change on my BAD side of un-fusing/release!!!
Ive been at this for a few months and dr gave me steroid cream about a month+ ago... I’m trying to use that very sparingly. Plus I’ve used dilator a few times, ugh...
I’m faithful with borax treatments once or twice a day plus the baking soda spritz each time I go!!
I was in the bathroom washing up & in tears and thinking of you all!!! Had to share!! First hopeful moment!!! 😄🤪😍

Wow, that's great news Pat. One has to really be tenacious and diligent with routine. I'm nervous abouat using borax since it is for washing clothes. It's a detergent. can't get my head around it. Can someone convince me it is okay. I haven't attempted the dilator yet. I bought them in different sizes. Good times ahead.
Keep up the good work Pat.

Dear Susan, HI, I've been meaning to write something up about Borax for some time. I"m on my way to bed late here eastern time USA, so just a quick note. Boron(Borax) is a natural mineral out of the earth. It is one of the elements of the human body that is NEEDED for health. I'll re-find the reference to the science re: boron/borax being LESS toxic than table salt. Boron is one of the 5 co-factors of Vitamin D that are absolutely needed to do the best rebalancing of our bodies.
OH, and before I became a landscape architect (I'm now 72), I worked in greenhouses and nurseries for 10 years and learned some horticultural knowledge - I've know since the 70's - many years before ever heard about LS, that much of our soils have a deficiency of boron, among other minerals. Too little Boron makes for yellowish leaves on plants. Get it? if there is not enough boron or sulfur and several other minerals in our farm soils from topsoil erosion since the 50's, then there is not enough minerals in the plants we eat for food... and .. follow the trail. When the admin posts my newest and last autoimmune supplement lists that I researched over the last 5 months you'll be able to read up several paragraphs I posted about boron. Be well, Nancy

Hello, I would be interested in reading your supplements list, if it's not on here can you send us a link or tell us how to find it? Thanks

I had the same reaction at first!! So glad someone else explained the details of what it actually is (not just a detergent!!). I make a saturated solution (just as suggested somewhere on here) in a bottle (I used an old witch hazel bottle) and squirt a good amount on a cotton round and gently apply to area.
I’ve also soaked in a diluted bath with borax & baking soda-just enough to sit in, but it’s not my routine.
It certainly will not hurt you and very well may help. I had lost hope but it might be helping me!
Also others have had very good luck with plain olive oil!! I’m trying it next lol

Okay thank you so much Nancy for this information. I've been taking Vitamin D3 at 10,000 mg a day from Nature's Bounty. It doesn't list boron in the content. SHould I take a separate Boron vitamin?
You have been so helpful on this forum and it is truly appreciated.

Ahh, YES Susan, and even more important is to have that separate MAGNESIUM to balance out the Vitamin D and the Boron. Apparently both Vitamin D and Boron are constipating (has anyone on here have a bit of constipation?). Magnesium balances out that situation. AND if you've had time to read all the pages so far ( I know, it's long - it took me months to collect all this intel and then organize it for the interactions) you'll also need to begin to take Vitamin A to balance with the Vitamin D.
I took 15,000 Vitamin D for a couple months before I read about the need for A. I don't think I had any untoward effects but I definitely have been feeling better since I got going on the whole "program' or protocol of co-factors of vitamin D.
Susan you can buy boron separately as a trace mineral or get it through the Borax very cheaply method. I'm doing the 20 MuleTeam borax since another health-oriented website suggested that we will need to take it for the rest of our lives. It's not hard for me to believe that if its taken us many years to get into this deficit/disease situation then it will take some good amount of time to bring us back to sufficiency and then 'top the tank off'. smiles

Hi there Dee the bee smiles.
Did you see my long posting on this? It just came in this morning though I sent it last night, my time. I know admin always has to check my updates on this that include all the links to references. I am very grateful that they have been willing to do that since they mostly don't allow links to other sites. but my links are to the reference sites so you all can become your own experts if when you have time to go through them. Cheers and blessings, Be Well.

Hello, it's an interesting read and funny enough I am on a similar journey. I saw an alternative health practitioner a few months ago who used this brilliant machine called the Aysara and it reads all your vitals. Then she creates a program for individuals to follow which involves high doses of certain minerals, vitamins and probiotics over a 4 month period. The health benefits have been life changing for me although my LS is still lurking. She believes that it will and can be beaten and by your account and hers I still believe this to be true. Time will tell. I'm reassured that we are thinking along the same lines though.

I’m definitely moisturizing but I’m going to start back with the olive oil too. I haven’t stuck with it previously. Thank you! 💜

I've started mixing my borax into my moisturising mixture so it's getting into the area all the time. It seems to really help with the overall health of the LS.
