Morning folks :D

Just thought I would start up this popular thread once again ....... as we seem to have temporarily lost the last one :?

I am still trying to find out exactly what went wrong .... may take a bit of time, but never mind ...... we can continue our amazing postings as per usual :ok:

It's tipping it down here which makes a change, and they promise gales for this evening ... so that will be something to look forward to

Have a good day everyone :D

Sorry Daisy - i didn't see you there smile Our posts must have crossed paths

Try to put your feet up tonight to recover from your busy day - its so hard [b:8b8764076d]not[/b:8b8764076d] to over-do things though, isn't it

Even the simplest of things can just feel too much sometimes sad

Thought it was about time I practised my quoting skills :ok: !

Yes, Julia - with me the lethal combination is stress + physical activity (however small); I start feeling all horrible and then it just lasts and lasts...it's as though my whole body's gone mad :weird:

I think I need to get a microwave and a body-sized wheat bag and get in it (the wheat bag, not the microwave, although maybe that would sort me out  ) either that or yet another hot bath

Oh :bleep: :steam: I am really fed up with this

    [quote:6e521aeac4=\"Julia.M\"] Hi Mrs Mod smile

Katie do you know why we only have one page of experiences now? Have we taken up too much forum space with all our posts, and they have had to cut us down to just the one page?

I used to like going back through some of the old posts sad

Erm ..... will just go and have a look Julia :run:

    Hi all

Hope your feeling better Daisy and Julia I find it's a vicious circle get frusrated at not being able to do even simple things at times get stressed because of it then it's a downward spiral till I become totally zonked will be interested in the 20 minutes pacing can take me 20 minutes to wind down never mind get up and get going again

I found reading through some of the old posts very helpfulin answering a lot of queries I had also love the humour it helps to laugh off the symptoms as it can get a bit heavy just reding all the symptoms and lets you know it's not all doom and gloom that here you can get a lot of good positive advice and something to cheer you up too and they do say laughter is the best medicine, only my opinion as a newbie who is very grateful for all your support love Mo
