Morning folks :D

Just thought I would start up this popular thread once again ....... as we seem to have temporarily lost the last one :?

I am still trying to find out exactly what went wrong .... may take a bit of time, but never mind ...... we can continue our amazing postings as per usual :ok:

It's tipping it down here which makes a change, and they promise gales for this evening ... so that will be something to look forward to

Have a good day everyone :D

thanks daisy... things like this just make you feel so vulnerable you know? sad

i just feel so disappointed in myself that i went straight in to panic mode. after all the CAT therapy last year i felt like id calmed down a lot and was less hysterical but now im not sure.

im probably being hard on myself - i mean, it was pretty scary and i had lots of valuable stuff in the car including my lap top and had the luck to stop in a particularly dodgy area!

Sorry to hear about your bad weekend Trees.

Yes, exactly Trees and vulnerable is the right word !

Anyone would have felt awful, and when you're feeling ill, and worrying what effect it's going to have on you, it makes it even worse..

    ...

So just remember that you did the best you could - it's okay to feel vulnerable and panicky in situations like that :ok:

I'm going to have to go to bed I think - I've got a really awful migraine and feel very sick :ill:

Obviously yesterday was too much for me

Hope to be back later :run: but don't guarantee it sad

PS The sun is shining and the birds are singing :star: :tit: :peace:

    Oh Trees that's just [size=18:b241601793]awful[/size:b241601793]:yikes:

You poor thing ...... no wonder you ended up in tears :wah: ... I'm quite sure that I would have done exactly the same thing .......

    Have a big cuddle :cuddle:

Maybe the crying bit is a sort of ME safety valve to stop us blowing a fuse completely ..... er, or something like that :?

The main thing was your [b:b241601793]safety[/b:b241601793] ... dodgy areas in London are not the best of places to breakdown  ...... thank goodness you didn't come to any harm and that all your valuables are still intact. (Can't believe Trees drove into a tree   )

And then good old Kate came and rescued you on her bicycle on her birthday ..... what a star :star:

I do hope the awful experience hasn't set you back too far Trees .... I think you actually coped very well in the circs .... the outcome could have been a heck of a lot worse  It's a pain about the cost though - that's the downside of cars sad

Keep smiling and don't beat yourself up about going into 'panic mode' .... I honestly think that was perfectly justifiable ... ME or not!

    Evening all

It's very quiet today ...... hope everyone hasn't totally fallen by the wayside sad

It's been a lovely spring-like day today so let's just hope that's the start of things to come smile

Have felt horribly fluey all day ... hate that feeling .. and everything aches. Keep doing a bit and then flopping and just feeling generally useless :yuk: :erm:

So nothing new there then

    Hello smile

I've also had a completely useless day

Ghastly migraine - took 2 pills (imigran) and still feel pretty yuck.

Yes, very spring-like here too - long may it last :D

I've got the managing agents coming for their 3 monthly inspection of my house on Wednesday so must make it look fairly presentable - :fairy:

Having haircut tomorrow :yikes: and helping in the gallery in the afternoon

Just hope I feel better by then..

Hope your horrible fluey aches disappear soon Katie

    Hiya

I have had a rough day too & hate feeling like this :?

Like you Katie, I have been feeling fluey and absolutely freezing cold even though it has been a really nice day here sad

I feel like a good old :bleep: :bleep: :bleep: because it is so hard to concentrate and get anything done with aches & pains and a banging head :x

Hope everyone else is having a better day smile

It seems that we are all still not great at the moment.

Daisy be care that you are not overdoing things. I think the headaches are one of the worsed symptoms.

I can't remember if I have already said put I have a really bad chest at the minute. I am taking anti-biotics, have been since last Wednesday and they don't seem to be helping.

It's been cold and windy here today, but at least the snow has melted.

    Hi All, :smooch:

Trees that must have been awful for you. I'm glad you didn't come to any harm. :?

I've had a good weekend, feeling not too bad :P Got my blood results and they were normal so guess it's the old M.E after all. :weird:

Had a great day, went to my friends with the kids, she has a boy and a girl the same age as mine. :D

We went to a huge park, it was a bit rainy at times :D but the kids had a ball and so did we. Walked for miles, pushed kids on the swings etc and climbed a hill. It was the most exercise i have done in a long time. I feel not too bad at the moment but hopefully it won't catch up on me

Just going to catch up on the other posts

    Hello again smile

Wow Teedie, sounds as if you've had a really good day - that's so good :D

Oh Lou, no, I didn't know you're on antibiotics for your chest; poor you sad

Antibiotics can make you feel pretty horrible, without ME as well

Yes, I agree, I think headaches and migraines are really really :bleep:

I feel so sick too :ill:

It's so annoying 'cos I was okay yesterday and now....... but that's what happens so often isn't it

Kristal - oh dear, and you're not well either; it is weird how a lot of us often seem to be feeling horrible at the same time :weird: :cdouble: :ill:

Seems that only Teedie's okay today - keep it up Teedie ! :ok:

Let's hope the rest of us feel better tomorrow

    Hi everyone again

Lou, sorry about your chest .... do hope that it clears soon .... maybe the antibiotics aren't the correct ones :?

Cor Teedie, you sound as if you had a brill time today ....... wish I had some of your energy. Good thing that your blood results were okay though, I wouldn't wish RA on anybody sad ME mimics so many different things

Yes, try not to overdo things tomorrow Daisy :ok:

Kristal, I really hate this shivery, achey feeling don't you .... I almost wish it would develop into proper flu and then I could take to my bed completely for days  This is neither one thing or another and hard to explain to 'fit' people

Going to have an early night, I think!

    Nite, nite everyone :sleepy:

Good morning. I am not around much atm because it is half term and we have my 5 year old granddaughter until tomorrow. I am a bit busy cutting out and colouring in and building stations with the Duplo and playing hospitals. It's great - but very tiring. :D
