someone just posted this on my face book page ,i am still smileing iv known this for years .my gran told me something very simulair .
here goes. i can honestly say that unless your in a serious accident ,your best way to live to a ripe old age is to avoid doctors and hospitals .
and learn about nutrition ,herbal medicine and other forms of natrual medincine. unless you are fortunate enough to have a naturopathic doctor.
almost all drugs are toxic and are desighned only to treat the symptoms and are not a cure.
vaccines are highly dangerous ,have never been adequatly studied or proven to be effective and have poor risk/reward ratio
most surgery is unnecessary and textbooks of medincine are inaccurate and deceptive, almost all disease is said to be idiopathic [without known cause] or genectic -although this is untrue .
in short ,our mainstream medical system is hopelessly inept /and or corrupt. the treatment of cancer and degenerative diseases is a national scandle . the sooner you learn this the better of you will be .

I severed a tendon in my thumb and had to have an operation. The surgeon talked to me before it and I said 'No antibiotics!' She was horrified and described how the skin is covered in bacteria and that they'd enter my body as soon as she cut the thumb.
I emphatically said no and that as soon as I got home I'd use Myrrh and Grapefruit Seed Extract. But I had to stay in over night after the op because the nurse said I shouldn't go home if no one was there because of the meds that put me under in my system.
Sure enough my arm went bright red and swelled up. It was very painful. As soon as I got home I took Myrrh and GSE and within half a day my arm was back to normal. I will not take antibiotics, vaccines, antidepressants or such.
I have no choice but to take antihistamines because of skin itching, I use painkillers at a minimum and Creon capsules for digestion and wish I didn't have to. But mainly it's herbs and diet that I rely on. Great discussion tiswas!

the lady who done my acupunture at the time told me these were very bad , said can actuly cause itching and effect the heart rhythems and cause depression i stopped using them , i applied aloe vera to them and nano silver when they flared up
since continueing with reflexology and accupunture i dont get them any more , i sometimes have an unexplained itching which is all over
but tend to ignore it ,dosent last long , this can be liver related maybe have you had your liver tested.
it was great news about your arm not that it got bad but you managed to put it right , i use nano silver and lavender for burns silver for treating ear wax , and burns to ,aloe for just about everything.
i also take nano gold supplement , have you tried aloevera for digestion the liquid iv known people have some very good results .
i broke my nose in a fall in 2013 blood every where knocked my self dizzy with slight cunconsion ,and broke a bone in my hand round my thumb , they kept me in casulty to make sure i was ok because of my head ,
and the nose was bleeding loads ,tthey kept saying do you want painkiller i kept saying no i had no pain at all except the impact pain when i fell . came home dazed and dizzy and waited for the pain to start nope ,my hand kicked of in the night throbbed like mad
i just used polar frost roll on numbed the pain nicely ,i used arnica on my nose and checks and silver nasal spray to help heel my nose no pain killers no bruising .well a slight tinge of green , but i was expecting black eyes and everything , i mean heads and pavements dont go well together.
can you tell me more about Myrrh i know its an essential oil but i no litle more than that .

I worry about using anti histamines, one doc said they're bad for the liver. I've been taking them for years for this skin itching and I can't do without them. I scratch my legs etc until blood pours down them without them!
This is one symptom that herbs don't work on, well they do help but they're no where near strong enough to deal with it. Unless I'm missing one that works. I have taken aloe vera in the past but didn't take it for long enough because of the cost, but I've ordered some from my herb suppliers at a reasonable price and good quality.
I'd love to try reflexology, in fact I'm going to do a course with the local college, distance learning but with some practical training in college. I had to take Anatomy, physiology and pathology theory first and I did that last year. I may do aromatherapy too but they're both expensive. But if I'm going to spend money on my health it has to be on getting myself trained up, hence the herbalism diplomas.
You sound very clued up on herbs etc! Myrrh is antibacterial, antiviral etc. The three wise men story in the Bible where they gave it to him, is probably becuase they used Myrrh to preserve bodies. It's powerful stuff!

I find my itches are worst when I change for bed. Treatment one is to spray the itch in the shower turning up the heat until I cannot bear it, That fixes my itch for the night. I do not wake up with blood spotting the sheets.
If that does not work and i scratch and I am getting a lots of red areas of blood I use the steroid cream I have from the doctor. That fixes my itch for a few days and then I repeat the process.

yes i know you have to know about the body to do reflexology .its a very good treatment unfortunatly the lady i used to have treatment with has changed jobs.
because she couldnt make a living doing it .what with having to keep up to date with endless courses and with the cost of the insureaces .
two films yo might like if you have not already seen them , Loranzos oil ..and first do no harm .both i think with meryl streep .

Dust mites are an utter pain and having ME means changing the bed is really hard work but when I do that I itch a lot less. I use a dehumdifier and I've got a plug that emits a high pitched noise that interrupts their breeding cycle, but it's like fighting an invincible army that keeps attacking.
I don't know if dust mites are the only cause. What do you think it is?

I saw Loranzos Oil, great film, but I haven't seen the other one. It might be in Netflix, I'll have a look. Thanks I recommend 'The Dumbell and the Butterfly' if you haven't seen it.
I enjoy studying, especially for the degree with the OU, but yes it's hard. I'm happier when I'm doing it though. I need something to do and to set goals so I feel like my life is going somewhere. And I can study in bed.

Causes? I have pale delicate skin.
- sweat.,Usually the hot spray clears this up. Once it did not and really got a grip. It spread and became quite extensive. it also passed from itchy to painful. I thought it must be serious and went to the doctor. It wasn't. Steroid cream cleared it but took about two weeks.
- loss of pigment . The margin where pigment is being lost is very prone to being itchy. Hot spray helps until I am drawing too much blood when I resort to steroid cream. In a few dyas the itch resumes.
You probably gather that I do not like using steroid cream and minimise my use of it.
Recently I had and still have extensive itch. This is different from the above. I believe it is a general side effect of radiotherapy for prostate cancer. It appears as tiny needle point size scabs after scratching. The therapy was confined to a narrow band round the pelvis. The itch covers my back, waist, thighs and arms. My skin also seemed to age over two weeks arround the end of therapy from the beginnings of age wrinkles to very loose, dry and wrinkly. Gradually the skin has been returning to its pre treatment state. I have added this for completeness. Others may be interested in this side effect I have never seen mentioned. It does show that radiotherapy for one area has an effect on the whole body.

so glad that you have been able to do so
. First do no harm comes round on tv occasionly iv never seen it on netflix . but its such a up lifting film , it starts with a happy family then epilespy hits there youngest son
of course there first step was the doctor then the hospital when the meds didnt work , seeing her son suffer so much from the the meds they were forcing into him, and him still not getting better the mother started her research
. and found a clinic that practise the high protein diet that has brought so much releif to a lot of sufferes not everyone but a lot people
and then her battle really begins with fighting the medical professionals for the right to take him there to try . well she got there and the diet worked for him .its based on a true story. your enjoy it .
iv noted the film you mentioned .i shall look out for it.
have you seen the robbie williams film called What dreams may come.its so beaufiful and spiritul .

As for the itching I don't shower often enough because of the ME, or change my bed often enough because I have to steam it every time, re dust mites; if I did it more often I think it might help, just so darned exhausted and standing up's really hard work, I have a shower seat but it's still hard work. I resort to quick sink washes mostly, not all over. It's something I'll have to work on. If you're using the oil too we could compare notes about our itching.

It's a blessing though because it's lovely to be free of them. I was a bit apprehensive at first but I've found that I don't need them, and my leccy bill is lower. More room in the utility room. I don't have to defrost the fridge!!!!! Yay All benefits!

My Uncle was really special to me. He never had any children and I lived with him and my grandparents for the first years of my life. My mum was there but I barely remember her being there. He took mum, her partner and me on a boating holiday on the Loch Ness when I was around 18 and he said to me 'If I'd had a child I would have wanted it to be you'.
My mum has said things like 'I wish I'd never had you!' She's getting more mellow and kinder as she gets older though. I watched a woman in youtube last night that explained the sensitive nature so well, and she has or had ME. I'll try and find the link and PM it if I can.

This is something I've always had. When I was young and someone in the street was wearing perfume it used to make me feel sick, and I was usually sick on car journeys when dad pulled in for petrol.
Electricity is also a problem. Being near pylons makes me feel really ill and I noticed that as a teenager when I had to walk under one near the Glastenbury festival.

Someone said that we shouldn't think too much about the bad things happening in the world or worry too much. I tend to do it a lot and it makes my illness worse so I sign the petitions etc, then when things come into my mind that will bring me down I try to change the subject in my mind to something lighter. We can change the world by changing ourselves, by getting better and putting out lighter vibes, which can be felt and do good on a much larger scale than we can possibly imagine!

You are the first person I have met that detects chemical scents and flavours. Indeed you sound even more sensitive than I.
At the first wiff, do you hold your breath until you have move out of range?
Many flavours in factory foods have a metallic overtone that shouts chemical industry smell-a-like. Similar in household cleaning products, cosmetics and hygiene products.
I am not nearly as sensitive or reactive as I used to be. But I destest so many of the odours that I suppose the user and manufacturer find to be pleasing. I detest then as false, ugly and dangerous.

I don't think I used to know what man made chemicals smelt like but I know them exactly now. Their aroma is much stronger than the actual scent that supposed to be pleasant. I feel like I'm scientific laboratory equpment!
Yes I do hold my breath! And cross the road to avoid people, put my hand over my mouth. 99% of people smell terrible to me and make me ill, it's a hermit's life! I can't join clubs, go to religious or spiritual meetings etc.
I used to get a taxi to town and the taxi driver told me that Lynx makes him feel ill, and he's in a small enclosed space with it daily. His friend, another taxi driver, became very ill from perfumes and had to give up his job, these were previously healthy people!
It's not just us chemical intolerant people that need to worry; it's everybody because it can cause sicknesses.

I use bitter herbs a lot because they're anti inflammatory and autopsies have found that people with ME have inflammed brains. A Indian doctor felt my head when I was first ill and complaining of headaches and he said 'You're brian's inflammed;. How he did it I don't know; no other doctor has been able to do that that I've seen.
I think bitter herbs are mainly what's helped me to recover as much as I have, and that's a fair bit. Perhaps you could find out why you're adverse to bitters? What kind of physical effects do they have. Apologies if you've already told me, I forget things.

Lol on your jumbo salad sandwich! You'll be eating one one day I'm sure, I agree with Iainy. And I'll be well too; I'm really feeling it this year and projecting it into my future. You could do the same, believe it! They say to visualise yourself well. I visualise myself running! Love running. What do you visualise yourself doing? (unless it's private - Lol).

when you said cod liver oil for clearing you out are you sure you didnt mean caster oil thats what i used to take for constapation .when i was a teenager
until i found uncut wholemeal bread i ate that like it was going out of fashion back in the 70s and up till i was pregnant the first time
when i couldnt eat it with out getting an up set tum i tried eating afterwards the same .iv not been able to eat it since, that was 84
i think also i must be one of the few who take iron tablets
and it gives them direorh and still does but thats why i had to have iron injections for 16byrs because i couldnt take the tablets and i suffered from aneima . defo screams a sensistive nervous system .

Happy birthday, another year that you've survived being ill, and a year of some recovery to come hopefully.
I take iron tablets, I prefer liquid iron but it's expensive. I think I'll get some more, thanks for reminding me.
I'm not getting a dog just yet because I have to focus on several other important things first. When the time's right.

Occassionally, very occassionally I might have something I used to eat as a treat, but I often eat some and I'm revolted by it and wonder why one earth I used to like it!
