GUNGE LEGS

Well it's been a while since it felt I was getting better
2 years ago and ever since I have had horrendous symptoms from power walking
That many have never heard or identified with
I get like the feeling of Golden syrup sometimes under my skin, leaking down my legs many times
Plus I get intense hot burning under the skin, as if I have walked into a nettle bush and stung myself
I love walking quick but after a mile, my legs go so stiff and hard i literally have to force them to move rather robotically
I'm not sure in the long term if I'm doing some long term damage but I'm vain and can't bear the thought of getting obeses
I'm in pain even when not walking, today they are burning hot
Please don't suggest other activities, I only like power waking and Aerobics and dancing
Been to many physiotherapist and scans with no avail
Should I warm up before power walking?
Or anything I can do to walk quick for 2 hours without the legs wanting to go into Lock
Your time and live and care mean the world to me
Please help me to be a normal young man
I'm 40 this year with the leg problems of an 80 year old but walking is good for you

One thing I find quite strange : "Please help me to be a normal young man I'm 40" . Why I think he may be a troll, is, apart from the very obvious, does anyone know 40 year old men who refer to themselves as a normal young man"
Anyhoo Agony lad if you're for real I would suggest seeing someone who could help you with your problems, whatever realm of medecine they're in.

I suggest you go and consult your Dr, you say that this form of exercise is good for you and yet you are saying its making you hurt and you don't feel great, it obviously isn't good for you or you wouldn't be on here complaining would you

I have an inkling that you are enjoying a strange limelight so I won't be replying to you in future.

I fully agree with you , we can't help anyone who only accepts the advise he wants to hear . If I was doing an activity which caused me problems and pain I would stop that activity . We can't help anyone who wont help themself . Seems to be a strange individual , and I wont be wasting any more time replying to him .
