Had this skin problem for some months now doctors are clueless any ideas!?

imageI know its not a pleasant site but I've had this for some months now. Tried steroid creams, ointments but none work and doctors are clueless any ideas? sorry im new to here so hope im doing this right. image

    Does your rash itch Alex? Is it all over your body or just on arms/legs? Is it flat or bumpy? Is it permanent and spreading or comes and goes?
