I have had a good day today the first in months, we are not putting our decs up until a few weeks due to Mike working!!!! and there is the fact of the new colour of tree I may change, still debating whether I will or not my favorite colour is purple ....... but I do not think it would go with a brown and cream decor somehow!!!! I have copper and silver so it seems to go with the room somehow????
Anyway I do hope you are all having a better day xxxxx
Hugs and kisses x

Oh Ses, you do have a rough time of it, do you ever have any better days :?: I do hope you are feeling better now. I have acid reflux and I know straight away if I have missed a tablet, It`s a horrible thing to have. My physio was like yours Ses, said she couldn`t treat the fibro and put me under a lamp :!: I`m glad you are having more luck Tess.
How are you now Di, I`m glad you managed to get the doctor to come out? Hope you are feeling better in time for Christmas.
Had a couple of busy days, so am expecting pay back time soon :!: We only have one day this week without an appointment so looks like I shall be exhausted by the end of the week.
Well should go to bed now and try and get some sleep. Lol

Ses I hope you are feeling better with your acid reflux. I have that at times and does make you feel really bad with your throat and stomach. I had it bad last Christmas and could hardly talk. Don't know how I got through Christmas last year. Hopefully better one this year. I hope you got on ok at the doctors.
Lindy I bet your tattoo looks good! You are so brave in having one done.
I don't mind needles but couldn't sit still for so long. Not with this overactive thyroid always on the go.!
Hi Linda hope you are pacing yourself with your busy week. It is very draining when you have to go backwards and forwards to the doctors or hospital. You have not only got yourself to think about but Ray as well. I only went twice last week for dr and physio and still catching up on it. How is Ray getting on with his breathing and antidepressants. Early days for the antidepres so far though. Do try and get some rest when you can.
Got my son home from Uni yesterday until early January so have some extra company. Also go my other son and his girlfriend staying for two nights on christmas eve and christmas day night. All getting together on Christmas day cooking for 12. Stewart is good though he can do some of the cooking he has a good long holiday at christmas. Shall have to pace myself. Going to my daughter Steph house this morning as she is now on Christmas Holiday. Going to chill out with my son her twin Chris and Amy and Sophie. Going to play a game called buzz. The off for tea at Claire's house tonight with Stewart and Chris.
Alicia I like your christmas message you did! Di who did you want to win X Factor. I wanted Alexandra she was so good.
Well take care all.

Took 2 and a half hours for my tatoo to be done. I have 7... so kinda used to it.
Connor used to have a playstation game called Buzz. He had a general knowledge game and a music trivia game.....it was good fun. I got him an Xbox for Christmas last year with th subscription to play live. So he plays games with people from all over the world and talks to them via the headset. Its pretty cool!
Picked up some other bits and pieces today for Christmas. Jut going to chill tonite.

I have now sinusitis and my little boy is full up too so we are off to the doctors Friday as that was the only time we could get together!!!!! my headaches do not go no matter what meds I take so I think the sinuses are to blame........ so sick of feeling sick and tired.......... Yeah I had ran out of the acid reflux tabs only to find out that the chemist would have lent me some as I asked them today if my prescription was done and she was very nice and said they would lend me some due to me getting repeats there.......so something for everyone else to know it can be done xxxxx
I do hope you do not pay for you being busy Linda xxxx I have done my online shopping as I have felt like cr*p so not done much, my hubby's shifts have changed so now it means he doesn't have to work christmas and new year only up to christmas eve and new years eve and as he works until Wednesday that is it until Sunday again so I am relieved!!!!
You are brave Lindy I think I couldn't cope with having a tattoo due to the fibro as I only have a blood test and I am bruised for days...... I would have thought it would enhance the pain more having fibro...... you are so brave!!!! xxxxxx
I hope your son's help you while they are at home Tess ..... with the house work  I want something like that..... the game Buzz as I love games......I was thinking of getting scene it???? wanted the Wii for crimbo    anyway my priorty is feeling ok along with hoping everyone is ok too xxxxx

It sounds like the same game Lindy that we played today. Have had a very lazy day as been out to both my daughters houses. I hope you are having a nice chill out evening Lindy!
Ses you seem to be having one thing after another. I hope you get better before christmas and your Ethan to. It is good the chemist let you have some tablets until your repeat is done. Thats worth knowing if ever in same position. My son is good when he is home. He only bought a small bag of washing home with him. Now he is in a shared house he can keep up to date. They have a washing machine in the house. He has learnt from his other housemates who are all girls how to cook some meals. He is going to cook cajun chicken with rice for us tomorrow night for tea. The buzz game was really good! Will be playing that again at Christmas. Last year we had the family fortune game on dvd that was a good on as well if there are enough of you for teams. I always do my food shopping on line as I don't drive and Stewart does shifts. Have been doing it now for about six years.
Well hope everyone else gets a good night sleep.
Take care

Sorry you are not feeling better Ses, and little Ethan too, I hope you get things sorted on Fri and improve in time for Christmas :!:
You are lucky having your daughters close by, Tess, it must make a nice break to go and visit them. I have to do all the driving and we don`t have any relatives less than 8/9 miles away, some are 200 miles away. So it`s always tiring for me when we visit anyone. Plus Ray won`t sleep away from home and only lasts at most 5/6 hrs on a visit. So if I can`t drive there and back in a day we can`t go :!:
Sorry, not moaning, I have adjusted to things over the years, but find it more difficult since the fibro. I had my usual Tues coffee with my friend yesterday, won`t see her till the new year now as she looks after he grandsons when school breaks up.
I haven`t done food shopping on line yet, but have thought about it when fibro is bad :!: Did all my Christmas shopping on line, apart from a few bits and pieces. When I think this time last year I was still working and coping with Christmas and everything else, I realise how much I have slowed down, and can`t do now. Dread to think what I`ll be like next year if I things carry on getting worse :!: Not too much pain at moment, but very stiff and fatigued.
Well it`s still very early, but I find now I get about 5 hrs sleep, but still up late at night and very early in morning, so will read I think until a more reasonable for getting up :!: Lol
Take care everyone Jope you are all not in too much painetc.

It is good Linda to have my daughter all close by. It takes me about 10 minutes to walk to Amy and Steph houses. About 45 minutes to go to Claire's which is a lot further. Sometimes they pick me up especially Claire if I go to hers. I have walked it once when the weather was really nice. I don't drive so Stewart's takes me if we travel any further than Whittlesey where we live.
It is good you still have a coffe with your friend on Tuesdays! It does you good to socialise. I saw one of my friend's who came to me on Monday for a coffee. Hadn't seen her for a while as she works during the day several days a week. Was good to catch up before Christmas.
Try and remain positive and don't think about how you will be next year.
Just take it daily and enjoy what you can do now. Thats what I try and do.
I know it must be harder for you with having Ray to look after as well as you need to be able to do things a lot more! But try not to worry.
I feel quite achy with pains all over today. Will have to move in a minute and get a cuppa before I cook tea.
Take Care everyone!
