Has Anyone had Success in Healing without a Procedure?

Hi, I'd like to hear your stories if possible. I've had internal hemorrhoids for a couple months. Contemplating speaking to my doc again about different procedures, but still waiting it out. I'm just wondering, have any of you waited it out (with more fiber intake, water, better toilet habits) and had success? If so, about how long did it take to feel normal or almost normal again? Some docs say 2 months is early days.. should I keep being patient? What's the cutting point that makes folks say "OK I need to do something more" ? Thanks!

Hi I have had piles for 30 year got them with my first born . mine got a lot worse in the last couple of years with having a job that had a lot of lifting so trigger them off every shift I did . So in February this year at 55 I decided to go for the full cut and stich at the time it was crazy . Not pain just as such just very uncomfortable and the not been able to sit was bad . At the time I did have regrets but fingers crossed all is going well . I'm back at the gym which was great as wouldn't have been able to do it back then . It's not an easy process but think it's the one that is 100% . Not an easy thing to have done but you will never look back x
