Has the forum got M.E again ??

I found your article quite helpful.
I just recently had a diagnosis of CFS and did not believe or understand what it was about. It is good to know in your article that may there be some options and support to improve this condition. It is also helpful to know there are books or organisations that may be good for me during this period. I have found that doing a little bit of excercise make me tired but helps me to avoid depression or feeling part of the community.

I have been in agony with my shoulder since the injection. However he says that this happens but is better once the shoulder is less irritated from the fluid in a small space.
Why do we always do things together Teedie?

As the others have said most of it is joky banter you can read at leisure. Dont worry about catching up, there is no exam at the end of it!!
Dip in and out when you are well enough
Hope you are ok today

Had you noticed your rash before or did the doc just mention it .... a lupus rash is usually in the shape of a butterfly :? But being a nurse :nurse: you would know that. Hmmm .... let's hope it's not that  But as Julia says there are so many other conditions that sort of cross over ME :?
Hope you have a nice quiet weekend :ok:

I have been out on the bus :bus: , and amazingly it was on time in both directions (probably because the route has had to be made far shorter because of the snow ) to my local town.
I was only at the shops for about 40 mins (including vital coffee) but it was so lovely to feel like a normal person :rainbow:
Bought a new wireless mouse as my old one was in the last stages of its
life :bunny: (well, can't find a mouse)
The sun is shining and showing up all the dust in my house so must go and do some [b:b5af1101c9]gentle[/b:b5af1101c9] dusting :wizard:
