Has the forum got M.E again ??

I found your article quite helpful.

I just recently had a diagnosis of CFS and did not believe or understand what it was about. It is good to know in your article that may there be some options and support to improve this condition. It is also helpful to know there are books or organisations that may be good for me during this period. I have found that doing a little bit of excercise make me tired but helps me to avoid depression or feeling part of the community.

You're not wrong there Daisy. My great grandparents on mum's side were first cousins (from Somerset). My grandad was born 7 months after they married. There is a whole string of autoimmune disorders esp diabetes and RA coming down that family line because they come from both great grandparents and are multiplied instead of being diluted by another blood line.

Hello again everyone, by the way :D

My PC was very sick, it has CFS. It had some really bad viruses and they have now gone but have left the PC with compromised function and it is a bit slowed down. It has definitely got CFS.

Lupus can be nasty, I hope you don't have that, but it would be good if you could get some definite answers to what is troubling you.

    Good luck. xx

Good to have you back :ok:

Everything one does in life is just so darned expensive these days .... but you certainly can't be without your PC.

Daisy, so pleased you enjoyed your bus :bus: ride and shopping visit. As you say, it gives us all such a boost if we can at least do [b:a2ffb88394]something[/b:a2ffb88394] normalish :boing: :boing:

We've had a cold but gorgeous sunshiny day here :star: ..... so I put loads of layers on and went out and[b:a2ffb88394] sat[/b:a2ffb88394] for a good half hour ..... it felt so good and hopefully I will have topped up my Vit D supplies

Right, where's that nice Chinese meal then Lou Lou? Could I please order No. 14, 26 and 54 ..... plus extra sweet and sour sauce please ..... oh and a big bag of prawn crackers :ok:

Hello all I have just ordered all the chinese I asked could it be pleased be delivered around 7.45 friends expected here at about 7.30. Your orders should arrive about the same time. I have given the delivery person all your details and have asked him to bring you all a slice of my dad's retirement cake, as you had his works do last night. Hope you all enjoy.

Alicia since my laptop was in hospital before christmas it has slowed down also, so I guess cfs must be catching.
