I found your article quite helpful.
I just recently had a diagnosis of CFS and did not believe or understand what it was about. It is good to know in your article that may there be some options and support to improve this condition. It is also helpful to know there are books or organisations that may be good for me during this period. I have found that doing a little bit of excercise make me tired but helps me to avoid depression or feeling part of the community.

You're not wrong there Daisy. My great grandparents on mum's side were first cousins (from Somerset). My grandad was born 7 months after they married. There is a whole string of autoimmune disorders esp diabetes and RA coming down that family line because they come from both great grandparents and are multiplied instead of being diluted by another blood line.
Hello again everyone, by the way :D

Daisy, so pleased you enjoyed your bus :bus: ride and shopping visit. As you say, it gives us all such a boost if we can at least do [b:a2ffb88394]something[/b:a2ffb88394] normalish :boing: :boing:
We've had a cold but gorgeous sunshiny day here :star: ..... so I put loads of layers on and went out and[b:a2ffb88394] sat[/b:a2ffb88394] for a good half hour ..... it felt so good and hopefully I will have topped up my Vit D supplies
