Has the forum got M.E again ??

I found your article quite helpful.

I just recently had a diagnosis of CFS and did not believe or understand what it was about. It is good to know in your article that may there be some options and support to improve this condition. It is also helpful to know there are books or organisations that may be good for me during this period. I have found that doing a little bit of excercise make me tired but helps me to avoid depression or feeling part of the community.

Hello Alicia - glad your PC is back, even if it's the same as us now

And, glad you're back too, of course :ok:

This is going to be a short appearance as I have a horrible feeling that I've overdone it today and am beginning to feel very :weird:

So - have a good evening everybody and see you all soon :boing:

Wow, Lou that was all absolutely yummy .... thanks ... :wow: And as for your Dad's retirement cake :cake: ... fantastic :D I'm as full as a tic

Please do thank him and hope he has a very happy retirement :ok:

Daisy, maybe if you have an early night you will be okay :? It's such a pain though ...... we try to be a little bit 'normal' and then look what happens :weird: :yuk: :wah: .. Hope you feel okayish in the morning sad

I've cancelled my dental appointment twice now (for the final part of the root canal treatment ... loads of money  ) ..... just haven't felt well enough to traipse up to London ..... my energy levels are still rock bottom

I really do think this time of year has a very negative effect on us though ... far more so than a 'normal' person  Hopefully in a couple of months we will all be bouncing :boing: :boing: :boing: around :erm:

Alicia, every time my computer has a 'go slow' hubby reboots it or something and it seems to do the trick ..... I would have absolutely no idea where to start :? I would be bereft without mine though ... never thought I would say that

Right, off to bed now .... what a hopeless TV night

I am getting suspicious that my hubby is secretly reading this forum

The other day we mentioned Giant choc buttons and he bought me some and then last night out of the blue he announced he was going to order us a Chinese takeaway

Not that I complained of course because we had a bit of trauma during the day with one of our dogs :dog:

The poor girl somehow managed to rip one of her claws out

There was a lot of blood and an emergency dash to the vet where she was incredibly brave and allowed the nail to be removed without any painkiller :doctor: :?

Bless her, she is so good :dog: but I haven't told her yet that she has to go back Monday morning for another procedure.

Alicia - glad to see you back with us

Katie & Daisy - I hope you both manage to get some quality rest today

Daisy & Lou Lou - I hope you haven't overdone things

    Julia - you OK ? :D

    Take care everyone
