hi,

i was wondering if anyone experiencing the following:

i noticed after i tapered down from 15mg of mirt to 11.25mg i felt better for a few days. i was sleeping better, my anxiety and irrational fears decreased. However, that lasted 4 days and im back to not being able to sleep, feeling anxious and not like myself. Don't know if i should taper down some more.

ive also experienced dry mouth, night sweats, chills, agitation, restlessness, changes in appetite, unable to focus or think or remember things.

    Hi,

I was on 7.5mg. I went down to 3.75mg for two weeks. During that time I had some better moods (although my living situation improved), no panic or anxiety like I thought there might be, did have some flashes of despression/ill like feelings unknowing it might be withdrawal...Then I stopped Remeron all together... I didn't consider how long I had been taking it nor did it occur to me that I would

experience withdrawal. I was just taking a small dose for sleep. DOOH! I've have many periods of bad nausea and flu like feelings, feeling hopeless/despair, gut cramping, some dizziness, headaches, vibration and some brief shakiness/weakness in legs/arms.... intense stimulation/restlessness, some irritability, etc.....

My doctor said that going from 7.5mg to 3.75mg is typically not an issue but going from 3.75mg to a lower dose or completely off is. I should have tapered more after 3.75mg but I didn't think about it at the time... now I've been off for 5-6 days....

The bad nausea has improved but the general malaise/ill feeling is still there in the background.... Little waves of mood swings, and other oddities come and go. The anxious feelings seem lower at the moment.

I worry thing may get worse but I'm

hopeful they will not. I still have some Remeron left if things get worse and I need to go back on them.

I am taking vitamin e, cod liver oil, pharmagaba, magnesium , etc.... seems to help. pharmagaba has been really helpful to me for anxiety, stress before and after taking remeron.
