After being in intense pain for 12 years of my life due to crippling arthritis, after RTKR 19 months and LTKR 3 months ago, boy am I excited to find that I can clean the shower and take brisk walks for 40 minutes, use an exercise bike at the top speed for 20minutes and SO much MORE!

SO HAPPY to hear that you are able to do things that you need and want to do without experiencing horrific PAIN! I can relate! It's like receiving a special PRESENT when you try to do something that you haven't done IN YEARS and you discover that you can not only DO IT, you can do it really well!

So encouraging to us all, one day I hope to be able to walk my dog again, it's been 2 years since our last walk and now I am 11 weeks post op so looking forward to the day we can go off together!!
