hi this is long overdue but i actually have the same thing and i kept hearing it was normal but i felt like it wasn't went to the dr and she said i have a cyst. most times it outside the vagina like on the lips but it can form also in the vaginal opening usually asyptomatic but depending where its located. mine looks just like yours my dr says to take sitz bath and or apply warm compress and or ice pack to help swelling. if it gets any bigger then a drainage is needed. but most times they go away on their own. i got mine from constant infections before this i got bv then after a really bad yeast infection. hope this helps !
