Have you already Saw Palmetto or Pygeum ? How long to wait for a good result ?

I have been diagnosed with BPH in May, I am taking Tamsulosin and I have asked to my urologist if I can take Saw Palmetto. He told me that I can use it. 

I have noticed an improvement : wake up once to wee, before it was 3 or 4 times.

Sometimes, I have an urge to wee, I can hold it.

What do you think about Saw Palmetto and Pygeum ? Are you on Tamsulosin ?

If any advice about BPH ?

    you may also want to try Betasitosterol.  You can find it at health food stores.  The one that my friend uses is from the Vitamin Shoppe.  It cost around $8.00 a bottle and the directions says to use one or two a day, my friend uses four a day and it really helps.

      I have read it is very good. I want to try Pumpkin seeds oil capsules

    I used bee pollen prior to taking tamsulosin. I think K the bee pollen helped. I stopped taking it after starting tamsulosin.
