    Awe bee

I feel for you but it's not as easy just 2 snap out of it if it was that easy it wouldn't start in the first place we live with pain everyday of course we are going to feel like this from time to time at the moment ime going through the exact same

Have you a dog you could take a walk it always helps for me and I look at people worse off and it makes us appreciate things

I have the doctor later today I hope I can get some time off work as I know this is my problem at the minute

whenever i feel like this I try and surround myself around family and friends, they know i can ave these phases so to be around them certainly helps me get through the tougher times.

      Hi, Stephanie

I have an ear infection and have had a few lately so I was

wondering if this is part and parcel of Fm what do you think

      the chances are?

Hope it goes away soon for you.

Makes me really wonder..as I had a bad sinus infection and had 3 lots of antibiotics...after that I got vertigo..I've had it for 11 years now..sooo unbalanced..I can't turn my head or been bend down...when I had all the tests the Nuro said that that the fluid in my inner ear had PROBABLY crystallised and that it would just righten itself..grr ... 11 years down the track....but I have learned to live with it..there are definitely people a lot worse off than me...you only have to look at the problems people are going through with no help.. Sad to say, .but looking at their issues does make me feel very very grateful...at  least mine was nothing nasty like I thought it was.. Do hope your infection clears really soon, have a great day today..be blessed.:-)xxx

Hi Bee, I'm sure you know that depression is one of the many symptoms of FM. The question is whether you are just a bit low, or clinically depressed. If you go to your GP, there is a short questionnaire they can ask you to fill in which helps them to tell the difference and decide how best to help you. I would wait a bit longer than just a few days though, before seeing the doc. It may be just the grey weather, pain etc and you may perk up in a few more days. Make sure you are eating well and healthily, and review how you are feeling in a week. xx

      Hi Jeanne

I have done a questionaire with my GP and it's not depression, feel the pains are quite severe lately and hopling I am back to my normal self in a day or two.

      Thanks

    Hi there

I know how you feel, I am trying to snap out of feeling low too. My chiropractor has suggested that I think of something I would really enjoy doing, and wouldn't normally do, then go and do it! I haven't done that yet, but creating a bucket list has made me feel a bit better to be honest! Also, not beating myself up for feeling low and just accepting today is not a good day - easier said than done!

Poor you Bee, really feeling for you at the moment..unfortunately it does go with the Fibro at times ...grrr,   sad but as already suggested..surround yourself with good supportive people, try and watch a good funny movie, I have found that helps me...it's just  soo sad that when we get low..we tend to feel such a depression and we are the only ones who can fix it...hope you feel much brighter soon...try and remember, that this Fibro...is not going to win..you are a victor, you are loved, you are validated..you are awesome...get a mirror and tell yourself just how wonderful you are.. Try and go against the flow and find something to be positive about-your a winner..be blessed, and have a better day tomorrow...tomorrow is a brand new day..:-) xx

      Hi Christine

A few years ago I was in so much pain that I went out and got my nose pierced just to experience a different kind of pain. It was a great feel for me as I actually went out and done something different.

I may after work go and enquire about LVL Lashes and go and treat my self. It may perk me up as I feel need a boost and a new look may be just the thing.

      Thanks
