    hi bee smilelolsmilesmilesmilesurprised

sorry your having a low moment this might cheer you up if only to think this is a nother crazy symptom of fibro

iv had a right gut full of symptons since before xmas wont bore you with the details

but the last one has been a bout of constipation normaly i dont get this except if i eat certain foods but this came out of the blue ,

and has lasted 4 weeks , but at least iv had four weeks of eating all the foods i couldnt eat before because they  gave me diroeeh so that has been a plus hehehehe dont know if this will continue , i hope so because its been healthy stuff like cucumber ,beetroot, and wholemeal bread .

going doctors to get bloods because of new symptoms ,of lack of hair on my legs and underarm . iv gone from looking like ape women after a fortnight of not shaving , to 3months and still not needing to shave

,i quit like the fact that its one less job todo ,but need to find out if its just another symptom or something else . so at the mo i am enjoying the small pluses .hehehe .but who knows after the blood tests . oh well hun we have to take pleasure where we find it .

hope you get a lift soon hun. dont push your self i found it makes matters worse try and get outside  fresh air is good for lifting the spirit .you just sufering from suffering hun it will pass . give your self a gentle hug .neutral say its ok .

      Hi Tiswas

Lucky you not having to shave your arms and legs....I am having to do it every other day !  Get my eyebrows threaded almost every 10 days.  Mt hair growth is so quick it's hard work to keep up with it....

I'm having my ME day and getting pampered.  Just got my roots done at my hairdressers and a trim.  Although it is such a windy blustery day I feel good.

Just going to have something to eat then getting LVL Lashes....never had done before but my sister in Leeds has said it will give be a boost.  So going to give it atry and will report back later.

      lvl lost me hun

i used to have to shave 3 times aweek legs and underarms

now not so i am glad about that but not glad that this means something has changed in my body , as long as its only hormonal and nothing nasty .it will be nice to have a plus for once ,

i spoke to afriend who was a nurse and she says menopause can cause hair to grow stonger or slow down, so lets just hope its that .

its very windy here in filey suppose because we on the coast . wouldnt fancy the beach today

mind you its been an age since iv even walked down to it only 10mins away  but it might as well be 10hrs not so bad getting down there on a good day can just about do it  but getting back up again .thats another story.

i had a nice reply today from some one on here who tried my suggestion

of magneisum flakes in the bath and soaking she said she felt really good after so thast was nice to hear , i miss my bath and soak .i have a shower since a fall .

i hope your day is really good .

and you recover quickly . a trip to the hairdressers does for me for at least two days but i dont want to be grey so no option .

Just got back from my LVL lashes......apparently it's new.  Rather than having false lashes put on.  They actually staighten your actual lash and give it a lift.  It doesn't harm the lashes but moisturers them as well as giving a lift to the eyes.  It should last upto 6 weeks. Definitely has made my eyes look brighter.  Let's see how long they last???

Also to get a compliment that my hair looked nice mad me feel good and happy.  Shame about it being so windy thou.

Going to have a chill out time for the rest of the day.

Have a good day too wink

been to the doctors got to wait 2 weeks to get a blood tests sad

she did say my inflamontry markers were high last time and have always been highsad

i said well nothing was mentioned to me

he did suggest i went to see the rhemotoligist again to see if anything new was out there

i thought it would just be poking and prodding and sorry nothing we can do so i cancelled ,if i knew that the inflamontry markers werre a concern i would have gone.

its just a case again of the doctor knows best and the patcient dosent need to know all the facts . eek

just got to wait and see now whats happening and what can be done thats hopefully not to intrusive i dont want a whole list of meds with a whole list of side effects . fingers crossed.

      Hi Tiswas

Thanks, I had a lovely day.

Do go and see your rheumatologist as you never know something new may show up.  Wait for your blood test results first.  It's worth your GP referring you now so at least you can see them asap.

Gentle hugs and take care. wink x

well iv got to wait 2 weeks even to have the blood tests done

then at least a week for results then iv got to try and get another appoinment with the same doc then will have to wait for an appoinment to see rhemotoligist  so maybe by the end of the year i will be sorted

lets hope its not fatel hahahaeek

When I had my blood test, at the same time she referred me to my rheumatologist. I was shocked to receive my appointment within 4 weeks and my appointment letter arrived one after I went for my blood test. So by the time your blood test arrives and you have been back to see your GP,  you won't have to wait too long for your rhuematologist.

It just speeds up the process.  You can only ask I suupose. wink x
