Yes!!! I suffer from neck ache, head aches, chest pain and shoulder pain, heart fluttering and I feel like I can't breathe . I've had over 10 EKGs, 5 chest X-rays, Nuclear Stress Test, Treadmill stress test, and an ECHo. Plus numerous blood test in which all came up negative. I was diagnosed with Chest wall pain/Costo and anxiety 😔

It sounds like it could be your posture.your head is actually quite heavy and if you bend the neck the head can put stress on your neck and spine. Check on your posture and how you hold your head. Sit looking forward push you chin into your neck and push you head and neck back, this will help the stress on your neck, do the same when at a desk and try not to look down on the work, you need to be just over twelve inches away from the work service and you neck will straighten and help your neck and head

Thanks for commenting, I feel like I'm the only person that suffers from health anxiety and its taking over my life. I think about my "symtoms" no stop and always checking and goggling

This is exactly how Ive been feeling too :-( googling is the worst thing... the last month I've self diagnosed myself with heart failure, MS, ALS, lung cancer, etc. When in actual fact it is anxiety, I've also been diagnosed with costochondritis by the doctor and I keep thinking but what if they're missing something serious because I have all of these other symptoms with it?! But over the last few days I've learned to accept it and it has made me feel a lot better, there's still the pains but the panic has calmed down and I'm training myself to search anxiety symptoms when I'm worrying rather than what I'm feeling to try and find an answer to scare me, it's surprising how physical it is, and the neck pain can be from tension without realising. Hope you feel better soon have you tried CBT/medication? Xxx

I haven't tried medication but I do want to go to my doctor and see if he can give me something.

I've 3 children and my eldest son has started to notice that I'm checking myself constantly .

Googling is the worst thing you can do, if we are feeling under the weather we need to mostly visit the Chemist first and see if anything can help. A this time of year it is so cold and our joints suffer real problems, sometimes we can treat those ourselves without your GP a chemist may be able too help.

If there is something wrong with your health consider different ways to treat your problem and if it fails move on and see your GP. It can help you getting treatment sooner rather than later and it empowers us all to try and look after ourselves

Tense. Your not alone with this. In a perfect worls you would go for massages to relieve this tension and maybe even acupuncture. Nail spas give back and neck massages for low prices if you want to inquire.

The last 2 weeks I've had painless pressures in my head, usually above the right eye and radiates to my upper right forehead but have also felt it in my whole forehead leading me to the idea that slow it's just tension...but anxiety tells me it's everything else!! I'm trying to deal with it and say nothing is wrong but I feel I should go double check and make sure nothings wrong. However it does put me somewhat at eases knowing others have similar feelings. Any advice?
