I am going thru similar scenario, so I feel for you all. Out of curiosity, do any of you suffer from moderate to severe neck pain?

i think you're not supposed to be takin any medication when doing the exercises. They are done to reprogramme your brain, and drugs like Stemitol will hinder this process.

Yes, have neck pain of varying severity all the time. Headaches similarly.

interesting that you and Peter also have neck issues. I am not sure if you read in a previous post a book titled The Neck Connection. Kind of all makes sense so far. Worth a read.
I have been going to a chiropractor for years, resolved back issues but I feel the chiropractic treatment for my neck made things worse for me. I think I will just limit myself to massages for neck.
Lisa, funny you mentioned anemia. All those diagnosis the various drs gave you, I received. Today, I just received a call from my dr stating that my red blood cell count was very low.
So frustrating not to be able to do things with your children and now ski season here is approaching and looks like I will be unable to do that too.
Take care

I understand, that after 8 weeks or so, the virus will have gone. If symptoms remain, it's likely that permanent damage has been done to the vestibular system within the middle ear. The only recourse, is to undergo vestibular rehabilitation therapy (VRT) exercises.in an attempt to ' retrain' the brain to the ' new' balance of eye/inner ear coordination.
Can other suffers confirm if this Is correct ?
I note you can get these exercises off the internet. Is there any harm in me trying them, whilst waiting for my appointment ? I can't put up with this for another 10 weeks !
