Head Discoloration/Rash

Here's my story:
I had sex for the first time in December of 2019, both oral and vaginal. I am 24 years old. It was unprotected sex. Weeks later my urethra was burning, especially when I urinated. Had both her and me tested for STIs, she had herpes(something she swore she had been tested for before and didn't have). Anyways, I came back negative for everthing. That week while waiting for the results I became very ill. I was very pale in the face, was extremely dizzy, and in a lot of pain in my abdomen/testicle. Symptoms faded after awhile, but the burning in the urethra and dizziness stuck around the longest. I still get severely dizzy at times, off and on. I stopped having sex with her after I found out she had herpes, until I find out what is happening to me. A rash has developed on the head of my penis, and that is my main concern right now. I've been to several clinics, and most prescribe an ointment and send me on my way. They say it is either a yeast infection or jock itch, but I don't think it's either. I have applied Lotrimin(clotrimazole 1%) and Terbinafine Hydrochloride with no improvement. I took fluconazole for a yeast infection, still no improvement. The rash seems to be worse after sitting down on the toilet for example, strange I know. It's has blotchy discoloration and feels rough and irritated to the touch. Here are photos: 
The purple hue is not the natural color. It darkens when it's at it's worse. You can see a photo where the head is a pinker, more natural hue compared to the other photos, but is still irritated. This makes me think it has something to do with blood flow, what do you think?

i have been having similiar issues, tested for all stds with urine culture and antibody tests, all negative. Started with buring while peeing, that has went away, but the tip often feels like it has icy hot on it, now discolored bluish hue, while erect its extremely red and bumpy looking, urethera is red. seen a uroligist who gave me doxy and a shot, symptoms still the same, a week later he did a cythoscope with nothing abnormal. he and GP said its stress and im fine, but my tip often feels cold, have testicle pain, does anyone think it mighy be hpv? since they cant test males for this?

ive had this same problem for about 3 years now. My girlfriend developed hpv around this point that went away after about six months. Theres no way to test hpv in men but i had to assume i had the same. At the time i had tiny warts around the shaft, which apparently means this hpv is non cancerous and goes away on its own. Well the warts started to go away after i used apple cider vinegar on them and some time, but the rash and discoloration seems to get worse. Ive had inflammation of the urethra for some time now and problems with varicose veins because of this. I had surgery to relieve a varicose vein in my testicle and got diagnosed with penile Mondors disease bevause of a stricken vein. That vein has gone away but everything else remains. I have seen countless doctors with no real promising lead just dead ends. I fear this some type of HPV that isnt treatable yet bevause they dont know enough about it. That or its somehow a form of herpes but im sure we've all been tested multiple times. We cant give up and have to continue to try and find an answer. Ive found running and neosporin helps with the inflammation and "icy hot" flare ups, along with drinking water and staying away from sugar.

just wondering who here has any other possible symptoms like possible urinary drip or hernia ect. its possible it could be contact dermatitis or urinary leakage dermatitis.

i have the same exact issue. it gets worse after a warm shower...i thought that was due to the hot water but im not sure anymore . Ive tried all different types of creams and antbiotics with no help. Im kind of at a loss...really wish someone would reply with something that cured it 100%. Really dont want to live the rest of my life like this.

did yours occur after new sexual encounter?
have you had any changes to your urine stream (ex. urine stream splitting into 2)
Do you have any urethral irritation or discomfort (Feeling like pee is stuck)
How long has it been?
