Headaches

Hi all, 

I’ve only been on sertraline for 5 days now and I’m getting really severe headaches. It says you’re not supposed to take ibuprofen either so I was just wondering if anyone else had this issue, what they did to treat the headaches or if this side effect stopped?

    I take paracetamol + and Solpadeine max for my migraines. Put a cold compress on your forehead that helps too. Packet of frozen peas will do. 

    we carnt take aspirin either, unless your GP states, it can cause bleeding.

    grapefruit is a no no for some reason too??
