Headaches and nosebleeds left nostril

Hi I’m 50 and in peri menopause! Lately I’ve been having headache and nosebleeds. It’s really starting to scare me. I’m just wondering if anyone else has gone through this while in peri menopause? I swear I get rid of one symptom and get 10 more! When will this all end?😐

    Hi All,

I've noted left nostril streak of blood each morning when i blow. Nose runs clear mucous when I eat or exercise. On waking I've noted either nostril can feel a bit stuffy, restricted but not completely blocked. I'm 55, on Citalopram & HRT. Suffer from health anxiety, so always tend to imagine & focus on the unlikely scenarios.

This has been going on for months. Drs don't appear concerned. Head MRI fir tinnitus was normal.

I've stopped blowing my nose so hard & just dab it now. When I sit quietly it dries up. So, gradually getting better. I understand it could take up to 6 weeks to heal. Any reassurance would be much appreciated from yourself or anyone with similar experience. Thank you.
