When I was on blood thinners I got horrendous headaches and knowing that a brain bleed and a stroke was a side effect it made me very anxious. So I read up on them and asked doctors about them so maybe I can help a little. How long have you had the headache? What does it feel like and where is the pain? Have you had a blow to the head or head injury? Have you experienced blackouts or seizures? Are you having difficulty speaking or understanding other people speaking? How old are you? Have you had a sight test recently? Are you on any medication?

please tell me everything you know had the headache for a month everyday only on left side pain only got really bad on saturday then most if time normal pain no injury no blackouts speak fine young adult had an eye test yes only on painkillers and got given tablets for migraines symptoms have been recently headache on left side nausea and tingling

The fact you have had it so long is a positive thing. You are young and healthy, your speech is fine and haven't had an injury so the possibility of you having a brain bleed is really low.

The numbness and tingling sounds nerve related. Occipital neuralgia could be a possibility. Have you had your blood sugar levels tested? Is the pain worse at certain times of the month?

yeah but i was just concerned that maybe i had aneursym that burst and thats why i had a more painful headache the other day and that is why im scared about a bleed now also question ive always had bad double vision but its worse (far away only) could that be just bad vision or something to do with brain as i saw symptoms online similiar which i know i should not have just worried

If you had a burst aneursym, you would most certainly know about it and your symptoms would be significantly worse than what are experiencing. I know people who had burst aneursyms and their symptoms were way more than headaches. Try to stay positive and do not worry about things that have not happened. Your doctor has mentioned migraines and tension; focus on these more benign causes.

With all due respect there is a good chance you wouldn't be alive if you had a burst brain aneurysm after a month. Does it feel like a truck has crashed into your head? Have you lost consciousness? no. Have you had any seizures? no. Have you been to A&E? yes, twice and they sent you home. I am not saying the UK health service is perfect and they don't make mistakes. I am also not saying you don't have a problem with headaches, but you have to look at the probability of you having a brain aneurysm and even more so, one that had burst. How many health issues can cause headaches? I would say quite a few! How many headaches are due to brain brain aneurysms? I would say, not many! You have no viable reasons to think your headache is connected to an aneurysm. There can be loads of reasons why you get headaches, stop fixating on an aneurysm.

i just keep thinking about it

Try relaxation techniques and try concentrating on hobbies to take your mind off your symptoms. Every time you feel anxious, take deep breaths. Thinking about it and worrying will make your headaches far worse. and will not give you answers any faster. Anxiety can cause pains all over your body too. Maybe speak to your doctor about how anxious you are to see if you can get help there.

just wondering if it was my brain causing the double vision would glasses make it better or only if the problem is your eyes because my double vision mostly goes away with glasses and there is no double vision with close up things

What did the optician say? Did he or she detect any deterioration in your vision or make any recommendations?Did you mention your double vision getting better with glasses? See your optician again or see a different eye specialist for a second opinion. Headaches can also come from eye strain. Maybe you need stronger glasses. Now and again I get blurred vision because I am both long and short sighted and need to zoom up text on the computer when the print is smaller. I can longer read small print that I could read only a few years ago. The light on my, phone and tablet really helps and for physical books I use reading glasses.

Your MRI will be able to tell you if your brain is the problem.

If glasses help your double vision, it sounds like the problem is coming from your eyes. Get your eyes checked again though.

thanks they only said that distance is the problem anstigmatism my left eye is also worse

Astigmatism is a common eye defect. In my family, many of us have one eye different from the other. I also have picked up this defect and my eyes don't work together on top of this. The tension that your doctor mentioned could also be eye strain if your eyesight has got worse and you need a stronger prescription. Eye strain can cause headaches. The fact that you have pain at the back of your eye suggests that your eyes may be the problem. See your optician again or someone else to get a second opinion, Your optician may have missed recent changes in your vision. My dad was told his eyes are fine but he feels they have missed that one eye is weaker, so he plans to see a different optician.

      dont know much about it

Astigmatism can cause blurred or double vision. Has your optician suggested stronger glasses designed to correct blurred/double vision? Ask about this if nothing had been suggested.

Other symptoms of astigmatism are headaches and eye strain.

i think they did for blur and surely they would have known since its been a few weeks

Did you mention that you are having headaches and double vision?Did they at any time explain to you that astigmatism can cause headaches, double vision and eye strain? If they didn't, maybe they assumed you knew this yourself. However, if they didn't inform you, they should have so you wouldn't have had all this worry.

i told them and said maybe it could be strain but they hadnt diagnosed me yet but when they did they did not mention that at all

I think eye strain sounds like a strong possibility. Maybe a different optician would be more helpful. It doesn't sound like they are too certain. I am most surprised that they didn't mention eye strain when they diagnosed astigmatism because eye strain and headaches are symptoms. I would see someone else to get proper answers.
