Healing on body, but now scalp & ears have pain & sensitivity.

I broke out with shingles on my right side of chest, arm, & back shoulder blade. It is now starting to heal & scab over. But now my scalp feel like someone just ripped out my hair & my ears get this jolt of pain. They are all really sensitive & my scalp is feeling that burning sensation. Does that mean I’m getting shingles on my scalp & ears now??

Well it sounds like a bout is about to come! I got it on my scalp and that’s exactly how I feel! I have this burning and then the itching!
Hope you do get better and put cold compress over it and it eases the burn and pain! I took Zovirax for 7 days!

  The burning on scalp & pain in ear has stopped. Maybe because I’m taking the meds still from my back & chest.
