    Hi Aimee,

Your heart palps can be due to many factors. If it's chronic : could be low cortisol levels (adrenal fatigue), hyper-thyroid, or estrogen dominance.

If it comes and goes it could be from inflamed and or herniated stomache pushing on vagus nerve next to heart. Or hormonal imbalance . . You have to be a detective-good luck! Btw, to heal stomache Famoti dine and low acid diet and eat when taking meds or supplements.

Can I ask if you got your period? I started getting palpitations this month 2 days before my period and I think it is related to my hormones.

I’m Aimee1970 for some reason my password reset didn’t get to my email so i actually had to do a new username Eliaimee1970. No actually I’m late for 4 days. And yes I felt my period was coming and the palpitations started about 4 days before my period and with joint pain specially left shoulder and both hips and it is painful . I had MRI on shoulder and hips and all normal. Today at work I was talking to a co worker and I start seeing spots in my vision like floating white spot like for a few seconds and a light headache.
