Have any of you experienced feeling extremely drowsy all of a sudden and also with a fuzzy-headed feeling like you going to pass out. Like you were drifting away? So weird!

Yes, I do get something similar--the feeling comes up the back of my head and makes me feel really drowsy--like I have just had an injection to cause that reaction --or like my brain has suddenly released a huge amount of whatever hormone causes that drifting off to sleep feeling. It's a bit scary at first--i wondered if I was having a mini stroke or something. Have experienced this ocassionally for some time now and nothing bad has come of it--except when I am driving and I do drop off to sleep, so must pull over.
