Help before I die

I duno what's happening to me!!! I feel like I'm trying crazy I can't control my thoughts now I think Iv got blood poisoning!! My heart actually feels like it's going to stop I don't feeel right!! Am I dying!!! I'm feeling my pulse it seems like it's stopping I'm catching my breath what is this

    Your getting yourself worked up hun and having a panic attack, the more you worry and panic the worse you will get, hage you been to the doctors x

      I feel so terrible I'm shaking and all sorts can this really be a panic attack my mouth is so dry😭, doctors is shut today

      Yeah it is Hun you need to calm down as your just making yourself worse, iv been there and slowly getting better, you should really book yourself a appointment you might need some medication to help you

      I'm on propranolol. Was on mirtizapine but I'm under the crisis team and one of the doctors up there told me to stop it and start taking certraline. I duno whats happening to me I feel like I'm going to die any minute this feeling I got inside me is horrible no one im around understands how it feels

      I'm on same tablets as you, what's the crisis team? I felt exactly the same michaela it's horrible I still have bad days but the good days weigh out the bad,

      I have only took one certraline Im shaking like mad yesterday in my hands and jaw I duno if it's cos I'm swapping tablets! Crisis team is someone who helps you when basically you not in the state of mind , is certraline good?

      Yeah they are good hun really have helped me out been on them 4 weeks now, yeah it could be the side effects, aw I see iv just got referred for cbt

      Iv just took my setraline tabelt second day I keep getting paranoid that I'm going to have a allergic reaction to them. Why am I shaking and got a dry mouth did u ever that?

      I'll be on them 4weeks on Friday. Was doing so well but last few days anxiety and low mood crying is back along with sickness and headaches. I don't know what to think I just pray it goes away. 50mg. Any advise xx

      I'm under crisis team and home treatment too. U will b having withdrawal too hun smile stick it our unless it get far too much x

      Yeah I had a dry mouth I only get the shakes if I have a panic attack, side affects I got was headaches, feeling dizzy and tired

      Hey Rachel I'm also on 50mg and iv had a few bad days too but seem to feeling better again xx

      Yeah I keep getting dry mouth no matter what I drink! I keep shaking its so horrible

      Yeah I did too hun but it got better just keep taking them, I was on verge of a breakdown before I took these I used to cry everyday thought I was going to die I had trouble swallowing and like I couldn't get my breath, chest pain and pounding heart x

      I hope so . I'm so scared I'm going back to that awful place. I was doing well but now I can't sleep for anxiety and panic then I'll be sick. I can't eat as my belly is it knots. I can deal with it like this for a bit but no worse sad

      How long u been on sert?xxx

      Iv seen it doesn't have full affect until 8 weeks it should be in your system though now I felt better aswell but like I say had a few bad days, iv been on them 4 weeks I'm on propronol aswell for my heart, xxx

      Yeah that's why I'm onit what about you? My heart still beats fast just stops the thumbing in my chest x

      Yeah same hun been to hospital 4 times with my heart got to have a echo and 24 hr monitor done all my other tests was normal, what's highest your heart as gone up to x

      Yeah I'm waiting for my appointment for my cardioligst on 22 have to go on treadmill n that then get another appointment to have a scan of the heart and a month heart monitor will get all my results back August 😔. won't be calm to then even if I'm alive till then!

      My hearts gone up to 180, when iv checked it when's its racing don't really wanna check cos it makes me 10000 times worse wbu?

      Course u will be alive then! How come you have to go on a treadmill, mines gone upto 187bpm but I got myself in a state when I went for that echo doing ended up in a&e, got it again on 14th Im proper scared and nervous x

      To see how my heart works when exercising!!! What's echo? How's it done? Yeah I'm scared I have to stop my propranolol 48hours before hand! Dreading it! What did they say that made ur heart go up to 187. How did they slow it down?

      Ooh I see, it's an ultra sound of your heart to see if there's owt wrong with it they couldn't find out why it was beating that high cos all tests came back normal, what did they say about yours beating that high do you get chest pain? X

      Wish I had all test and didn't have to wait I get scared I will go into cardiac arrest happens to so many young people! They just drop dead! A girl 19 dropped dead at work from a brain hemorage now I'm scared about that!! They didn't even say anything about my pulse just said properly anxiety didn't even check!

      It's very unlikely you will go into cardiac arrest your heart just doesn't stop especially if your healthy, I had to have chest X-ray, blood tests and ECGs to see what was causing it, do you get chest pain? You would of thought they would of done tests on you with your heart been that high

      Yeah I'm properly the likely one it will happen to, yeah I get stabbing pains in my chest! Ever since iv come of the mirtizapine I haven't slept n not been eating, I haven't slept all night well I went to bed at 1am woke up at 3 from a racing heart haven't beem sleep since I ain't hungry one but when normally im starving I haven't even had one thing to eat and it's nearly 6pm

      Hello. I am so sorry you are going through all of this at a young age. I started when I was 13. When I was in a really scary situation, I would shake all over, even my jaw. I could not even talk. Since you are lucky to have help in place, ask them to teach you some relaxation techniques. This will also help your heart rate go down. It is hard when you are sure you are going to die. I think back, "have I felt this before". Well I lived through it then, and I will live through it now. You have to talk positively to yourself. I have walked around with my hand on my neck to make sure my heart was doing what it is supposed to. That is a bad idea, cause it cuts of the blood to your head and causes other feelings in your head. I just ordered an wrist monitor to check bp and pulse, and an oxygen level monitor. Hoping that they will put my mind at ease. xx

      Don't be silly u won't be, It's awful when you have no appetite I was same but when I statred my tablets my appetite came back, yeah I get stabbing pains in my chest too, try eat abit of something as not eating makes u feel weak and worse

      It's so scary ain't it!! Really duno how to shake the feeling off no matter how much help I get 😔😭 I hate feeling like this 😩. Yeah I want to get a oxgyen level monitor. I have got a blood pressure machine , I feel so weak n restless ever since iv stopped mirtizapine I haven't slept or don't even feel hungry one but its 7 in the afternoon and dmt feel like eating what is happening to me I can't sleep I haven't sleep don't even feel tired 😔
