Hi everybody. I am seeing my doctor tomorrow, to ask him if he could help me with some meds for the morning anxiety which is hightened quite bad, cannot concentrate on anything, and pacing up and down aimlessly, till the afternoon when it subsides. I started Sertraline 50 mg 3 weeks ago, started the first week with 25mg, my doctor upped at 50. I thing is easing a little bit, but still uncomfortable in the mornings, I sleep OK due to exhaustion of battling during the day, appetite nil, everything tastes as sawdust. And I wake up between 4, 5 am. A very long day.

I wish I could cry, it releases a lot, cannot do it. Give it a good bawl, and then say tomorrow I'll be better!....

Wow I disliked those panick attacts. A thing that worked for me was to accept them as an unwanted friend or even a friend, the fact that you except it puts the fear to the back of the mind, even talk to it. Yes it sounds crazy but it helped me and many others. Give it a go and keep at it. All the best ☺
