Help, I'm a 13 year old girl with Anxiety o3o

I am kinda looking for people in my age group to give me advice or someone who started around this age because I find that the most helpful. Well, I am 13 and ((great way to start out the new year, huh)) started getting really "fidgedy" and my heart would all of a sudden like, feel like it would flop my whole body upward. That symptom went away and will now start to race out of no where when my brain goes blank or starts stressing or I'll wake up from panic attacks. e3e I will get depressed sometimes too. I worry about my heart since I keep seeing my Grand-Mum watch movies of people getting shot or dying.. Meh, obviously not helping. Second hand smoke makes my asthma worse making all my symptoms worse ((Pbbbbbhhhhffft, this girl in class smokes and E-Cig next me)) All this stuff just makes me worse and I never have the guts to tell them to stop. Well, I feel awkward writing this. (Could imagine this being cause my Social and Health Anxiety) I get much, much, chest tightness; pressure in my stomach region; pains on my left side a lot. Other symptoms I have are contributing more to the menstrual stuff for those people that know what I am talking about here. It could be cause by hormones and will go away or a type of asthma that I know that starts without wheezing or anything. See I did much research on this, the docs aren't sure since I have symptoms that could be either of them, I am leaning towards the Anxiety since I have the heart palpitations and sharp pain.. Can someone ease me into thinking this has nothing to do with my heart and some advice to ease the panic attacks might help?

P.S. I play clarinet in band and I know breathing techniques to slow down my heart rate. But is there anything I can do for self care that can help and something to stop me from depressing myself and getting sad out of nowhere?

Hi I'm 16 and I am so relieved to have read your post because I have all of those same symptoms plus morerolleyes but I always feel like I'm getting reassurance but it doesn't mean anything. I do still struggle a lot with anxiety and have several panick attacks. I havnt been able to shake my new symptom ( they come and go in waves, I get a new one and some times the old one fades for a while) in which I can't breath and my throat feels like it's a little swollen. I've had this symptom for 3 weeks but you know what! You just have to distract yourself and then when you don't notice it's there you know that it's really just in your head and your fine because it went away when you were distracted. Also I do get depressed some times and I get sensitive. It really helps to talk to your friends. Beleive it or not but if they are really friends they will listen and help you out. Siblings help to or just occupying yourself with doodling or something fun! Hope this helps just because it's good to know your not alone... If you ever want to talk about something I'm and open book. It really helps to talk to someone going through the same expirience!

Thanks for the support, sometimes my throat will swell too. ((I know it's asthma tho, it's really windy and I am coughing)) Sometimes it will swell for no reason which is when I blame Tonsilitis or Anxiety. My symptoms so far have been changing a lot for no apparent reason which some of them I find more uncomfortable like chest tightness, neck tightness, ((looking down and make your chin touch or get near your chest, then turning right, then left, then looking up helps)) and when my chest feels numb or this weird feeling that I can't feel my chest kinda, and when it hurts on my upper left side like someone is stabbing there. I'll ask if I ever need some extra support.

      Thanks!! X3

Also I forget to mention.. NEVER GOOGLE YOUR SYMPTOMS!!!!! It's just a great way to stress yourself beleive me it's bad! I spent a year doing that before I found out what I had. That may contribute to my hypochondriac side haha. But if you are very concerned talk to your doc or parents they know a lot about the anxiety history if they ever went through it! Tends to run in families I guess

Yeah, I already knew about when people Google their symptoms and Google gives you the worst outcome that you could possibly have. I LoL when I Google symptoms X3 cuz my Mum tried to and it gave her stuff that only 65 year olds could have. I am pretty sure I am probably the first generation of anxiety since I don't think anyone in my family would've had it except for maybe my grandpa who passed away from cancer. ((In realization that this could be the reason I have anxiety even tho he passed away 2-3 years ago, I think he was the closest thing I had to a Dad. Makes sense.))
