Thanks again guys forMy main issue is the constant unrest and rushy feeling. Like I can feel the drug rushing around constant. It’s so difficult to ignore. Each new wave brings more anxiety. Did anyone else experience this rushin feeling?

Morning Daniel, I write in response to your concern only about your teeth. I did a lot of teeth grinding and bashing, this did subside but I did buy a gum sheild like boxers wear to stop me damaging my teeth during sleep, during day time I jammed my tongue between my back teeth, that helped me remember to stop doing it.

Hi Daniel don’t give up, I promise it gets better, it just takes times, I had all them side effects too and much more it was horrible, I felt like I needed to be sectioned!!! I used to watch motivational videos on YouTube first thing in the morning to help me, hang in there it will get better 😊

Just about to take my second tablet. It’s so hard when you don’t feel great. I just think I am adding to the distress. I’m fidgety all over and rushing. Like a weird feeling that starts in the head and goes down the spine. Wish me luck.

So, I ended up having quite a peaceful night in terms of side effects. Woken up this morning though on day 2 and felt awful. Like a burnin feeling in my arms and face. Anyone had this before?

The first week can be pretty awful in many respects, tomorrow it will be something different! Remember the meds will be in no way working yet so if you're taking them for anxiety it may be that that's giving you the problems.

I've written a diary on here of my journey if you'd like something to compare yourself to, to make sure you're normal!

Make sure you keep well hydrate. Drink plenty of water and make sure your per is clear.

Thank you. I read your diary. It really helps to feel we are all in the same boat.
