Have some time out from jerking off and let it heal and then reassess it. How much have you been masturbating for that to happen?

Do you think its just due to masturbation? The upper shaft of my skin also like a different texture and thats where i hold my hand everytime i jerk. But ive been masturbating for like 3x a day for a long time. But i just experienced this now

I don't really see any problems in the photos.

Maybe try not masturbating for a few days and see if that does anything

Possibly just balanitis, in which case these links might help:

    https://patient.info/health/balanitis-leaflet

    https://patient.info/doctor/balanitis-pro  (written for doctors)

Don't use soap to wash down there, and always take a leak and have a wash after masturbation or sex.  Canesten cream may also help.

Personally, I wouldn't see a doctor in your position unless it doesn't clear up in a week or two, but if you want to, then go ahead.  You could either see your GP, or if you're in the UK, you could go to a genitourinary medicine (GUM) clinic - google "GUM clinic near me" for details.

If you could update this thread and tell us what the doctors say, it would be appreciated.  Good luck.

Have you read my reply to that another user? Becauae i posted another pic. And im using this kind of soap(image attached) to wash it do you think its good for my condition right now?

Yes, I looked at all the pics you posted.  I don't think you should use any soap on your genitals though, and certainly not antibacterial soap.  I've just been reading up on it, and some women seem to think it works for them, but I honestly think you're better off with no soap at all.  If you do use it, then make sure it's all washed off.

Is this really balanitis? Why is it that the part where my skin is affected not itchy? But i do noticed that it Spread when i masturbate frequently before. Its not that big before unlike what you see in the picture. Its just wrinkled skin. Im scared actually i might not be able to have sex in the future due to this skin condition.

I think it's balanitis, but I'm not a doctor.  Balanitis isn't necessarily itchy.  I don't think it would affect your ability to have sex, but I think you should read the links I posted, and try the things I suggested.  If it doesn't clear up in a week or two, you should see a doctor.
