Help please... Is this genital warts?

I've found these growths on both sides of my vagina. They are sort of behind a fold of skin at the entrance on both sides. I've tried to see a nurse at the GUM clinic but they won't see me due to Covid and it not being an emergency. I have worried myself sick not being able to sleep due to this concerning me so much. I have tried to do the ACV test but all that done is result in burning my vagina.

Do they look like warts or VP? Obviously I want to get them checked by a Dr or nurse as soon as I'm able to.

When you did the vinegar test if they turn white - they are warts. If they stay your flesh colour, nothing to worry up it is VP.

The vinegar test just burnt the skin all around that area. It all went white if that makes sense, then went really red

Yes it makes sense. I think the best thing to do is get a HPV test so you can know if it is warts or not.

Hopefully I can get one soon. Due to lockdown sexual health services aren't available for some crazy reason.

      Thanks for your help

Hello. I saw some people replied about the 5% cream. In my experience I can tell you the 5% cream dosent work good by it self. I had warts and treated them with the cream for 3 month just noticed a little tiny difference. The best option is to get them removed or burned off by a doctor. Specially because of were they are located.

Hi. Thanks for your reply. Do you think they look like warts? I think I'm only able to get cream at the moment due to Covid restrictions 😩

Well maybe. warts can be different sized, shapes the ones i had were just a single bump. How ever i have seen that they can also be chapped like what you have. F covid. Hope the cream can help until you get the attention you need 😃

Thank you. I spoke to a Dr over the phone at the GUM and he said not to apply cream to that area until I can be sure it is a wart and if it should be frozen off before the cream is applied. Again ring back in 4 weeks 😩
